I ordered three sandwiches and they screwed everyone of them up I will never order food from the Claremont store again it was terrible and the service was awful we walked in and there was three of them and not one of them acknowledged that we were standing at the counter took them a couple of minutes to turn around and say something

I couldn’t believe the way I was treated ! Trying to contact the manager!!! For veggies I only get lettuce tomatoes and extra pickles ! He charged me for extra cheese although it comes with it ! No little cups for mayonnaise on the side !!! He said If he added more pickles ge couldn’t cut my sandwich!!!! That’s BS ! An he acts like a Drill Sergeant! Unbelievable! Oh plus they were out of provolone cheese ! But still charged me extra !!!!! Not happy with him at all !!!!

Subway is not a gourmet delicatessen, but it will do in a pinch. When reviewing services like this store, I pay attention to cleanliness, and they seem to keep the areas pretty clean. The quality of customer service can be hit or miss; I've encountered a few employees who are very friendly, but most have a stoic demeanor and lack eagerness to serve the public. However, I do enjoy the rotisserie chicken sub—it's one of my favorites.
Horrible food half a bottle of mayonnaise on one sandwich and burnt bread. Another under cooked bread. Time before got a salad and they missed half the ingredients and the dressing.

Today we ordered a meatball and Philly cheese steak sub. This is the best subway location. The ingredients are always so fresh and the sandwiches are always made perfectly. It blows other subway locations out of the water. The people that work there are very friendly and care that you get the best sandwich.

The sub came out fantastic. It really was just an overall great sub and experience. The staff were very quickly working even though there was a lot of folks waiting too. Good old dinner time rush.

Third time walking in with more than an hour before close. Today was 7:35 they close at 9. They are completely out of bread. They have wraps or flat breads. And the two times before this has happened with the same amount of time to their open service hours. Getting ridiculous that they can’t have bread till the end of the night. If I came in 15 minutes before close I would completely understand. But now for over an hour you need to tel every customer that you have no bread? That sounds a little crazy doesn’t it. ??
The food was great, food service area was clean despite being busy. Everyone behind the counter had a smile on their faces, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was refreshing, and honestly, really fun. I'll be back, for sure!
