One of the worst experiences at a restaurant. Came in and was seated with a chair at the end of the table, which we were fine with, then ordered drinks. We were then told we had to be moved out to the arcade room as they can’t have us sit there. Moved to the loud arcade and waited another 10 minutes before the same waitress came back. Had to take our drink orders again. Ordered dinner and then continued to wait at our new noisy table.
An hour after ordering and telling them that I had an allergy, they come out and say that the burger is mixed with some kind of cheese powder and I need to pick something else. I appreciate getting told i couldn’t have it, but an hour later is insane. Then they bring the food out to the table and asked if we were all set or needed anything else. Meanwhile, one of our party never got her meal. Now they had to go make another meal while we sat there awkwardly awaiting.
The new arcade part of it makes no sense. Is it a kids place, a bar, a restaurant? Last time in, it was a restaurant with bar area.
Response to owner. To start with, the waitress sat the 5 of us where we were to start with. Secondly an hour later is way too long and it wasn’t that busy. Thirdly, the pizza was my 3 year old daughter’s that ended up not wanting the pepperoni which was picked not the cheese. As for the ranch, that was what my wife had ordered. There was more than me eating. The forgotten meal was my sister’s and we did bring it up and she had to wait for it to be made while everyone else had their food.
And why are you combative on all your reviews? We won’t be back so good luck and hopefully you embrace the constructive criticism.

The Veggie Monster burger starts with a beef patty. Beware. The "Bucket of Fries" is a small plate. Don't be surprised when your order comes out and doesn't meet expectations.

My man wanted to try somewhere new and decided on Time-Out. The food we ordered was good but it was overpriced for the portion sizes, we could have gone anywhere else and gotten more for our money and just as good. Although the waitress was nice we won't be going back.

Awesome place. Great food, Service and reasonably priced. Family friendly, lots to do. Our go to spot.
Parking: Plenty of parking. Veteran reserved parking. All parking close to entrance.
Kid-friendliness: They have mini golf, arcades, televisions, billiards, escape rooms, merch.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to entrance.

Love these ladies working! They are so nice and attentive. It's unfortunate that people like to complain about things the waitresses have no control over. The food is mediocre but the service is top-tier! Would definitely recommend!
So the food was meh. Overpriced, but not terrible.
But the waitress we had was rude, flippant, had attitude after I asked about allergen-specific concerns (because I'm extremely allergic to some things and didn't have an epipen on me so I was a bit paranoid). In addition, she was extremely inattentive and blatantly ignored myself and my dad for most of the time we were there. The hostess seemed nice, but our waitress definitely did not.
I do not by any means reccomend this resturant if you have allergies, disabilities, if you just want to be treated like a normal patron going about their day and trying to get a meal, or if you want a quiet dinner with your friends and/or family.

Great food.. Bourbon chicken is the best mac and cheese I've ever had!!! Service was below average and beer wasn't very cold, but the food made it worth it still.

Tried the Jalapeno Popper Pizza special this past Sunday and it was AMAZING!!! Please bring it back often or add it to the Pizza Menu!!! One of the best pizzas that I have ever had!!! Thanks for a great lunch!!! Looking forward to having it again soon, say next Sunday?!
