Staff was friendly, food was served hot. That was great... the cleanliness left alot to be desired. Soda machine and floors were nasty, same with self order computers.
I literally get sick every time I eat here. Disappointing... Also I'm a door Dasher I literally get attitude from every single kid in that kitchen and the older woman too... I always dread having to pick up an order here because they always give me attitude and negativity when I'm literally waiting over 40 minutes an order sometimes... Lack communication.. kindness and a brain between any of them in that whole building.

Slow rude smoking at the drive thru can't get orders right whoever runs this restaurant is terrible

The man who was working the drive through window today was very rude. He didn't acknowledge my presence, say thank you, or tell me to have a good day. He just flung my bag at me with a scowl on his face. They do have one very nice employee, a man in his late twenties with tattoos. Maybe he could give lessons on proper customer service because he always brightens my day and is very polite. Also, half of the time I am missing food, I pull over and check it and have to go back through to get the missing items. The food itself is good, and the app has great deals, so I will return, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I ordered through DoorDash, but I didn’t even receive my full order. My dasher waited there until the restaurant was almost closing, but the employees didn’t even notice him. They were more focused on cleaning up and closing than giving him the food he had been waiting for for half an hour. We had ordered two large chilis, two sugar cookies, and a spicy chicken sandwich, but all we got was the sandwich. They need to prioritize filling orders for the dashers because they have other customers to serve.
Fantastic employees , polite and quick without rushing you in and out.

Seems to have overcome the growing pains of being newly opened. Lines are shorter than they were, orders more accurate.

I got a meal here the other night and I was blown away how good it was. Not sure if it is because of new staff or what but my food was perfectly made. I mean if it always came like that I would never eat anywhere else! I haven't had a meal look and taste that good in over 30 years... I waited like 6 minutes but it was worth it Thank you.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes for them to then say after we asked why they weren't asking for our orders, we are only doing mobile orders or drive thru. Maybe put up a sign notifing people or tell them when they come in. Very rude.

the workers are nice but the food is cold they forgot two items didn’t give fork or spoon and it took about 30 minutes and we were the only car there and somehow the food is still cold!

Foods good and most always hot. Service is friendly and quick. It's so cold in the restaurant that you need a winter jacket and the employees have blue lips. No lipstick required.

Sad 21 dollars fir 2 baconators 1 fry..fries were soggy.under cooked. Burger buns soggy. Burgers over cooked and dry. First time and last time eating there..
