Wilderness is a nice small town diner-like family restaurant. The staff are warm and friendly.The breakfast menu has standard fare like pancakes, eggs, French toast, potatoes and meats.
It's been a while since I have been to The Wilderness, and I am so glad I stopped in!! So fresh and clean, super friendly staff and the food was fresh and delicious. Had eggs Bedict- on the most awesome homemade English muffin. Will ABSOLUTELY go back! Great job to the new owners. They obviously love the place and bring new life to this classic.
This historic, local restaurant has an extensive menu. Food is scratch-made, served hot and fresh. Daily specials for soup and entree. Tables for a big crew or just two. Limited staff, yet we were eating in no time. Just one threshold to step over from the paved sidewalk; nicely accessible. Adorable, tiny bathroom. Parking on street was no problem.
