My coffee was lukewarm and tasted like it was brewed hours ago. I wasn't offered a different drink free of charge, so I bought an espresso-based drink since those have to be made to order. There are plenty of other places in Concord to get a good cup of coffee without having to pay for a latte, so I wouldn't recommend Dunkin's.
