I ordered 3 things from door dash and 2 of them they did not have. Cold brew coffee and a chocolate donut. It is 9 in the morning on a Tuesday, not sure how you run out of that that fast??

The slowest Dunkin I've been to and I've been to a lot. I literally had to wait over 20 minutes to get a half dozen donuts and iced tea. They didn't have to bake the donuts just for my order so it didn't make sense to me on how it took that long and how the manager just kept taking more orders instead of taking care of the customers that already paid and waited WAY past the expected acceptable waiting time. The lobby wasn't that busy. Maybe hire more people if the ones that are there can't keep the pace.

This location is the worst. I was there this morning and was helped by Alyssa. I spelled my order out for her and she still got the whole thing wrong. After I corrected it for her, still wrong. Not to mention she was rude right off the bat. This place needs to hire better workers not useless little girls.

Tell me why I go to order my 4 dollar coffee that I usually get cold foam with and the cold foam literally looks expired like cottage cheese. Never going here again, I also went to go say have a nice day to the lady but she shut the window in my face. Don’t go here terrible coffee at this location and terrible service.

The food is good, but when placing an order at the drive thru your staff acts like we are bothering them, rushing us and saying, “is that it” multiple times in a very rude tone. They could really use a lesson on customer service. This happens every time we go there and we go at least twice a week. But after today this may be the last time.

As with all Dunkin locations, this place is poorly managed, poorly staffed and the wait times are impossibly long. I stopped going to all Dunkin's locations because they all under perform and they are managed by people who don't have a clue what they are doing. Virtually every other coffee brand has a better product, has better staff and much better service than these dumps.

Quick service and nice staff serving up deliceous salty caramal iced coffee!This is an express Dunkin that has no indoor facilities. There is a clean porta potty outside and a couple parking spaces nearby.The line moved fast and the coffee was so good we came back for seconds!Definitely stopping again next time in town!

I don’t normally write reviews for fast food/chain places but I feel I must draw attention to this. Today I went through the drive thru and happened to peek through to the restaurant and saw an employee was blowing and wiping his nose (rather aggressively) with napkins. I understand everyone has to blow their nose sometimes but cmon, you could at least do that in the bathroom. But the absolute worst and most disgusting part of me witnessing this was that I watched the worker go from blowing and touching his nose directly to the food prep station WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. He put on gloves but we all know that is not sanitary at all. If I had ordered food I would definitely have thrown it out. I was lucky that employee didn’t make my drink because I definitely would not have consumed it. Please teach your employees sanitary precautions and basic hygiene. This should not be an issue in a food establishment.

I’d like to start by mentioning that I go here often as I pass by on my way to work. Most of the staff is completely miserable every day and could be taught a thing or two about customer service. The food and drinks are fine but if you’re expecting any sort of warm experience, go elsewhere. This morning I ordered a walk-in mobile order and when I got there the doors were locked. I peeked in the window and a grumpy old woman aggressively waved me to get in line through at the drive through. At that point if I could have just gotten my money back I would have. I sat in like for over 15 minutes, making me late for work to pick up and order that was sitting right on the counter ready to go. When I arrived at the window, the employee could care less and shrugged my frustrations off. I understand being short staffed but atleast shut off your mobile orders if you’re too busy, or simply acknowledge the shortcomings and apologize. Kindness goes a long way.
