I normally love this place but went through the drive thru today and this is what I was given as a side of gravy., seriously how is this ok. Gave it another try today a long time later, food quality has gone down hill so bad I’m done
Unless your desperate for something quick, don't bother with this KFC restaurant. The food was at best just something for calories. The fries were good though, nice and firm, thick, and good flavor, and the chicken sandwich was ok, if dry and very boring. The gravy in the chicken bowl on the other hand was just awful. Really awful flavor, which the corn and mashed potatoes did not help. Had 3 bites and couldn't stomach the rest.

My favorite KFC. Food is fresh and staff are friendly. That being said always check your order for missing items (I've had missing items twice) and last visit I had to order from the kiosk instead of the counter and the prices from the kiosk did not match the prices on the overhead menu board (my order was less expensive on the kiosk). It could've been some kind of a special but it was not obvious if it was. With minimal effort this could've been 5 stars.

The atmosphere is sometimes affected by the presence of homeless individuals outside, particularly at night, which may make some hesitant to bring children. Overall, many customers enjoy the big box meals, and the quality of the sandwich has improved recently, along with better service.
