The guy in the drive-thru seemed to have an attitude on February 24, 2024 around 5 pm. When I got home the containers weren’t not filled and the biscuit was half of what it is suppose to be. What has happened to KFC on Hall Street in Concord NH????? Things are going downhill with service. I will never go back. The amount of food that was in my order aint worth it. I deserve my money back or a better meal!!!
Employee took my credit card, charged an extra order on it ($76 worth of food). And then proceeded to keep my card. When I returned the next day to retrieve my card, they had thrown it in the garbage can... Who does this?!? When confronted, the manager proceeded to lie to me, and refused to fix the situation.

The staff was very friendly but they seemed to take forever getting out the orders. I was there 3 days in a row and it was the same. They all were very nice and seemed to be helping but honestly it was the slowest KFC I've been to. The food was hot, the kitchen was very clean as was the entire restaurant. I will say I don't know how new the staff was or anything or how busy they actually were. So I will be back.
