Went with a fellow Indian Food junkie buddy of mine and I must say, New Everest did NOT disappoint. We started with an order of crispy and perfect Samosa, then each ordered an Entree. The Tikka Masala was perfectly cooked, creamy, and perfectly spicy, the Vindaloo was equally delicious...we got both with chicken.
