Pros: delicious crust, sauce was amazing, cheese was decent
Cons: there were no vegan slices readily available so I had to order a whole pizza, which wasn’t necessarily what I wanted. Also, there weren’t too many options for toppings
Overall I enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant and the chef did come out to ask me questions about the vegan pizza. Also, the employees were knowledgeable about which ingredients were vegan.
OBSESSED. Sourdough is quite the trend right now and Sour Joe's does it right. I love their creativity in pizza topping and options. Kind staff. Thoroughly enjoy Sour Joe's. My personal favorite is Eagle Square.
Pricey ($6-7 per piece) but tasty squares by the each. Crispy bottom, good ratio of cheese to sauce. The sourdough twang was absent from our slices, tasted like regular dough. All slices are reheated to a temp that is acceptable and safe but not really hot like a pie fresh out of the oven.
