I do not understand why they do not give at least one napkin when they get food items. Some of the people give a stack of napkins which is to many and others give zero, maybe what I am looking for is napkin nirvana? Goldilocks version of napkins? What if just for today one napkin per food item was given? For example if my child orders a chocolate filled croissant, a napkin, would be included, does that make sense?
I am all for tipping and frequently do, but I feel there is some pressure on tipping amounts when the "barrista" is like there is one more question and a line behind me. Sometimes when the service is not what I expected for example when I order an iced drink that is all ice, I would rather not tip as the directions were not followed, does that make sense??
And, there is always an and, the egg white bites are atrocious, overheated, and so hot they will cause burns, what is up with that? Please help!
I do love your cran merry orange drink, made with water, light ice.
I also do hope you pay your employees a living wage, do you Starbucks?

Visited the drive through the first time, and service was super slow even though it didn't look busy at the drive-through but didn't know if inside was busy. Decided to give them another try and went in this time on a different day. Wasn't greeted when I entered and as I stood at the counter to order, I wasn't acknowledged for a while. No one else was there, no one at the drive thru either. Finally got acknowledged and gave my order and that was the conclusion of my visit. Nothing more. Definitely not what I'm use to at my home starbucks. I know not to visit this location again if I'm in town again.

The Starbucks service and product were fine, but this is probably one of the slowest and busiest and also smallest starbucks I've ever been to. Be prepared to wait.

I've commented on this starbucks before. I hate this starbucks. Clean house and fire all the girls! They are so rude! Remember in high school when there's the popular girls that hate.you for no reason, that's this group of girls. It's like you're interrupted their conversations.

Kristy, I showed up here today and sometimes I go to the one in till 10:00 but by far the one in Concord which is this one has proven that they are customer friendly and prioritize the customers need. Christy went above and beyond today for making my drink exactly like it is on the photo but also to correcting the one in Tilton the way they made my drink originally. I will be back for sure.

Typically great and quick. My only complaint about this location is there has been a handful of times (5 or 6 now) where I order a hot drink on the app and I get an iced drink instead. They're really good about remaking them if I ask, but I don't always have time to wait if I'm heading to work.

This is my favorite staff out of all the Starbucks I go to. They are always wonderful to me and my service pup. Always person able and take the time to know my likes and to know their customers personally.
Almost $9 for a venti iced chai with 1 shot of espresso. Used to be that much with 3 shots. Overly expensive for no good reason

I just ordered a venti iced shaken espresso here, with sweet cream in place of the milk which is an additional $1.25. I get this drink almost daily at my Hooksett location with zero issues. I get it from this location and the entire cup is ice. Two sips and 1/3 of my drink is gone.
I went inside and asked calmly if my drink can be remade because the entire thing is ice and the girl was kind of rude about it (black beanie and heavy eye makeup, didn't get her name) and told me that that is how the iced shaken espresso is made. So unless I'm mistaken and something changed today, I've never had one made this way ever. Who wants to drink a $7 Venti drink in four sips..? Paying extra for the sweet cream which there was hardly any of..
The remake wasn't any better. Less ice, sure, still a 4 out of 10. Do better.
