I placed a pickup order at 6:50 a.m with a pickup time of 6:55 a.m., and the store was completely empty inside. Even with three employees working behind the counter, it still took over 15 minutes to make two simple coffees, a plain with cream and a pumpkin cold brew. Neither drink was purposefully complicated, yet every staff member seemed to prioritize drive-through orders instead. The drive-through wasn’t busy enough to justify the delay, especially since several drive-through orders came in and were fulfilled while I was still waiting. I’ll likely stick with the Storrs St. location from now on, as they’re consistently faster and more organized. Coffee was good though.

I had the pleasure of being waited on by Amber and Makayla. Who was very attentive and helpful, making my caramel ribbon Frappuccino with the crazy amount of Carmel and crunchies inside and out. I’ve asked this before from another location and couldn’t get what I asked for. These ladies were kind and completely outdid themselves. My family and I truly love this location.

Every time I come to this, Starbucks has always been an delight. Most of the employees are very well. Trained and polite.I really enjoyed the patio as well.
I go to this Starbucks every Friday before work and they are super fast, friendly and my drinks are always delicious!

I do not understand why they do not give at least one napkin when they get food items. Some of the people give a stack of napkins which is to many and others give zero, maybe what I am looking for is napkin nirvana? Goldilocks version of napkins? What if just for today one napkin per food item was given? For example if my child orders a chocolate filled croissant, a napkin, would be included, does that make sense?
I am all for tipping and frequently do, but I feel there is some pressure on tipping amounts when the "barrista" is like there is one more question and a line behind me. Sometimes when the service is not what I expected for example when I order an iced drink that is all ice, I would rather not tip as the directions were not followed, does that make sense??
And, there is always an and, the egg white bites are atrocious, overheated, and so hot they will cause burns, what is up with that? Please help!
I do love your cran merry orange drink, made with water, light ice.
I also do hope you pay your employees a living wage, do you Starbucks?

Friendly cus service. 2025: haven't been here in two years. Can't load funds on my card, and not certain their cu service is ready to take my order at the drive through.

Visited the drive through the first time, and service was super slow even though it didn't look busy at the drive-through but didn't know if inside was busy. Decided to give them another try and went in this time on a different day. Wasn't greeted when I entered and as I stood at the counter to order, I wasn't acknowledged for a while. No one else was there, no one at the drive thru either. Finally got acknowledged and gave my order and that was the conclusion of my visit. Nothing more. Definitely not what I'm use to at my home starbucks. I know not to visit this location again if I'm in town again.
