Five Guys is a popular burger restaurant known for its fresh, made-to-order burgers and hot dogs. The atmosphere is typical of a casual burger joint with great music. Customers consistently report good experiences with the friendly and helpful staff, who show a strong customer service orientation. The dining room and restrooms are always clean. The burgers are outstanding, simple but tasty, and the shakes are really really good, phenomenal, and the best tasting. The fries are very good, and customers feel they get their money's worth. The restaurant is kid-friendly and offers convenient parking. Although some find the prices have increased, many still appreciate the quality of the food and the ability to customize their meals with free toppings.
