I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito- light nacho cheese, add black beans and potatoes. And I got a tortilla with refried beans, potatoes and nacho cheese.
No beef. No sour cream. No cheddar blend. No black beans that I paid extra for.

Everytime I come to this location the order is thrown in the bag and I’m missing something. I redownloaded the app after deleting it due to reviews about this location being disgusting. Honestly this is what they served me when I ordered a cantina chicken crispy taco. I will probably be deleting the app again.
Ordered food for my daughter, who ate in our car. The staff were doing the best they could with AI that was literally.messing up the orders. AI at the drive thru would not acknowledge my app order, then when we pulled up it told staff to give us the wrong food.😳
