This location never fails to disappoint me between missing items, wrong items, and the amount of toppings on my food. Yesterday I bought a crunchwrap and 2 chalupas among other food and the crunchwrap and one of the chalupas had practically no toppings on them. The only reason we kept coming back was my kids like the nachos, but I will no longer waste my time or my money coming back here.

Ordered a 3 taco supremes, all were missing the tomatoes, sour cream just dumped on one end of the tacos. Also got a Crunchwrap supreme, missing tomatoes, and barely any meat at all my wife couldn’t taste just tasted like tortillas and cheese with lettuce.Missing the tomatoes isn’t an accident these are standard menu items, my assumption is they ran low and were too lazy to dice up more tomatoes.Waste of money, won’t be back.

If I could give it negative stars I would.... stopped there tonight around 6pm... no lights on in the lobby... ok fine... I go to the drive through.. takes them about 5 minutes to come over the speaker to tell me that they aren't doing orders... they are only doing mobile orders.... so you mean to tell me I can't order at the order here sign with my mouth at the speaker but I can go put in the same order online and I'll get it through the drive through... but I can't order it in the drive through.... what an absolute waste of my time. This restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. You should also teach your employees manners. Employees and management are disgusting

Dining room is clean. Our order was missing an item and the rest of the food looked like it was thrown together. Not thrilled. Bathroom area had a nasty, fetid aroma... more than usual bad.Kid-friendliness: Casual atmosphere for family time.
Went there twice after moving to the area. Both times my order included two taco Supremes. Both times they were just regular tacos. Charging customers extra money and not providing what was paid for just to save some cash.

Total messed up with the food we ordered. We ordered veg bean pizza and got beef pizza. There were other people also complained about their veg order that was given non veg.Never ever gonna trust Tacco bell unless my order is prepared in front of me.Vegetarian options: Total goofed up by the staff. Vegetarian order was not labelled even though we asked to label it clearly at the time of order. Instead of veg pizza they gave beef pizza.

Did a mobile order and waited 15 mins to go get food and i still waited 20 mins to get my food at the window i thought a mobile order made it faster

This place is a joke stay away from here!! Went through the drive through after they set a $50 limit and ordered a bunch of grilled tacos btw after a concert for a car full of people. Then the lady told me I would have to drive back around to pick up the mobile order a family member ordered back home and pretty much slammed the window shut again. So I waited in like for another 25 minutes then when I get back up going to say "by the way our grill is down". I knew this was b.s they just did not want to cook anymore. So I asked him "How long has this grill been down" he is goin to say "Several hours" I said ooh really because I was just here picking up tacos so how is that possible and going to say he didn't say that when the whole car heard him. That guy that ran the drive through last night is a worthless excuse of a manager. Avoid this location I will make sure I call corporate.
