I love Starbucks beverages but this store is terrible. This morning my husband and I waited almost 45 minutes for both of our drinks to be made incorrectly. It’s always a gamble with this store whether or not my order is made right, and it’s a really simple order. Venti iced white mocha with no whipped cream or ice. Minutes to get my small order. Also, my drink was not made the way I asked for it to be.

This Starbucks in Concord, NH is always so welcoming. The staff is always friendly, clean, and efficient. They are happy, smiling, and quick to get orders, even during a snow storm. They are patient with picky customers and get drinks right when it’s busy. The employees are personable and make customers feel like a top priority. The team works hard and looks like they are having a good time together. The manager is involved, helping and interacting with customers. The coffee is a favorite, and both drinks are always perfect. The food is excellent. This is one of the best Starbucks in the states. The staff takes care of past issues to make the future awesome and always puts customers first.
