Absolutely exceptional Starbucks! The Concord team on Store Street consistently goes above and beyond. My order is always made correctly, and you can genuinely see the care, craft, and pride they put into every drink.
Even when they’re extremely busy, they remain friendly, efficient, and impressively accurate. Mobile orders are almost always ready when expected, and on the rare occasion there’s a wait, it’s 100% worth it.

I had a great experience with Colby! From the moment I came in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond—not only providing excellent customer service but even offering to take a picture of my coworker and me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s clear he cares about the people around him and enjoys what he does!

This Starbucks in Concord, NH is always so welcoming. The staff is always friendly, clean, and efficient. They are happy, smiling, and quick to get orders, even during a snow storm. They are patient with picky customers and get drinks right when it’s busy. The employees are personable and make customers feel like a top priority. The team works hard and looks like they are having a good time together. The manager is involved, helping and interacting with customers. The coffee is a favorite, and both drinks are always perfect. The food is excellent. This is one of the best Starbucks in the states. The staff takes care of past issues to make the future awesome and always puts customers first.
