Watching the employee at the drive-thru blow his nose, wipe his hands on his smock and then finish making my coffee literally made me sick to my stomach. Had I not been rushing and was able to get a word in after I saw it happen (they were busy talking about how fat he was going to get drinking Starbucks) I would have asked for my money back and letting management know as opposed to throwing away the coffee as soon as I left.
