This place is a mess. It's never clean regardless of when I go. The bathrooms are atrocious! They never have fajita veggies... (Just update the app for this location to lmk that you're out!) The times when ordering via the app are always inaccurate.Honestly the only reason I don't go to dos on main more often is cause of parking.I left feedback on my order and got a free drink. Wooopptiidoooo. I usually only drink water. That's not a solution to the underlying issue of this branch...read full review

every single time i try to do an online order my food is messed up or something is missing . i knew i should have checked my bag before i left but of course i didn’t and i got home and my meal was wrong. especially disappointing when it wasn’t even busy so no reason it shouldn’t have been done

Concord chipotle is always a let down. Slow workers, inconsistent portions, and most of the time they are out of at least one ingredient. They almost never have hard shell tacos when I go. Rice is often undercooked and crunchy. It sucks to wait 30 minutes in line just to find out they don't have what I was planning on ordering. I've never had these issues at Portsmouth, Bedford, or Nashua locations.
