“Stopped in for the first time to check them out as I was looking for a desert for our New Years day dinner that would be extra special ...well I certainly found that and my new FAVORITE bakery!!!!! “We did a to go order online. Everything was absolutely seamless! I ordered three menu items. One I asked to be made special, the appetizer I asked for extra chips and the other I ordered as is. The restaurant was very accommodating in my requests and the text and curbside pickup was really convenient. The food was delicious as always! Couldn’t rave more about this location!“

“Sunday breakfast at Friendly’s has been a weekly tradition for my husband and I since we moved to Concord! Amy and Chris are always so friendly, and they even have our drink order memorized! My husband cannot get enough of the chocolate chip pancakes and bacon, and he loves switching up his Fribble flavors. I’m in heaven with my breakfast supermelt, and I love getting a side of broccoli with it! We love our local Friendly’s!!! 🥰🥰🥰“

“Out of the two locations in concord. This is the only one i go to. Always clean, the board is always cleaned off prior to my sub being placed on so it’s never cross contaminated. I came in last night and wanted to shout out one of the staff members. I did not get his name, but he had a cross tattoo on his face. He promptly took our order, he was consistently keeping himself busy and was super polite. He is a team leader and role model. The other two fellows were nice but they did seem a bit out of it and it felt like the one guy was keeping charge of everything and guiding them.“

“Best subway experience I've had in a long time guy working the counter had me laughing basically from the second I walked in until after I had paid, he made a great sandwich too and the customer service was top notch. The young lady working with him was also doing a great job handling prep work and online orders. I'll be back to this subway from now on when I'm in the area.“
