I WAS CURIOUS ABOUT THIS PLACE AND WANTED TO REVIEW FOR MYSELF IF ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS WERE ACCURATE. I HAVE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE. THE SERVER WAS WONDERFUL. THE FOOD WAS GREAT, AND OVERALL, I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS IF POSSIBLE. I WOULD ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO TRY THIS PLACE.
We made a 6:30 reservation for the heated patio. Two heaters were working, at the far end of the patio. The other 3 or 4 were out of propane, no heat. The staff acknowledged this is common & explained all about the legal limits re transporting & storing propane tanks. Whatever. Just don't take reservations for a "heated patio" when you know you should be handing out mittens and blankets instead. The food was fine. The service was the bare minimum.

Cheeers consistently has great food. Atmosphere is low key. They have outdoor seating too. Even in the winter they had heated igloo type structures to sit in. Seasonal menu specials as well which are currently October fest based. Worth the trip for snacks or a meal if you are in or near downtown Concord.
