“Literally a top 5 fast food restaurant of all time. Their hot dogs are elite, the fries are perfection, not to mention their fantastic milkshakes. I love the food there, employees are amazing and it’s just a fantastic vibe in there. Strongly recommend if your parents are exhausted and just wanna do takeout. 100/10“

“Pleasant, sit down dining, including full range of adult beverages. We appreciated the wide variety of moderately priced items to choose from plus our service was very good. The food was served hot and as we ordered. We were relieved to have some special attention with a menu issue from Will, the manager on duty. Restrooms available. Parking is provided. Place can be busy but there is a waiting area with seating. Overall, good value and pleasant.“

“Sunday breakfast at Friendly’s has been a weekly tradition for my husband and I since we moved to Concord! Amy and Chris are always so friendly, and they even have our drink order memorized! My husband cannot get enough of the chocolate chip pancakes and bacon, and he loves switching up his Fribble flavors. I’m in heaven with my breakfast supermelt, and I love getting a side of broccoli with it! We love our local Friendly’s!!! 🥰🥰🥰“

“My wife and I have eaten here many times....But the problem is on Saturday March 21,2026 at about 12:30 We asked to use the restroom and the big lady with the tattoo on her neck told me that I had to buy something first, I was king of shocked....So I bought a small drink and said I don't want it and what's the code,To be Honest with you this is SCANDALOUS ....IS THIS THE POLICY OF DQ.....OR IS THIS HER SHAKEDOWN OF CUSTOMERS WHO ARE LOYAL TO DQ.....“

Food tastes good and no complaint about service but did get food poisoning a few hours later. I don’t eat out often (once every few months) so it might be I don’t tolerate fast food well but hopefully the management will be aware of this and check their stock to be safe“
