“Honestly, the sushi here is fresh and tasty, but I wish they had a few more unique rolls on the menu. The atmosphere is nice, perfect for a casual night out, but it can get a bit crowded on weekends. I'll definitely be back, just a bit more selective next time!“

“Stopped here during our car ride to our vacation house (back in August) to stretch our legs, grab a snack, and enjoy a very necessary mid-day beer. I’m vegan, so the sign out front that said “NOT ENOUGH VEGAN OPTIONS” made me laugh out loud. It was perfect, first thought was it must have been a review. Love that humor. Also, somehow the only photo I took that day was of that sign.

The owner, or management — hard to say but clearly someone who cares, was there with (his) kids and was incredibly kind. He took time to show my son the amazing wall art and pointed out all the fun details, which instantly won us over.

Beer-wise: plenty of funky options (and yes, beer is typically vegan). They were totally cool with my modified order, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Great humor, awesome artwork, very kid-friendly, and an easygoing, inclusive atmosphere.

Bonus points for being partially veteran- and female-owned, and clearly committed to local, slow, and thoughtful food.
