“Such a great place to hang out and grab food and a beverage on a nice day. There is a sand box with some toys for the little kids that occupied my 4 year old while we enjoyed our food.“
“The Freedom Cafe has been my go-to place this year. The people are so welcoming and friendly. Angie is always all smiles and somehow remembers most of the patrons' names (how does she do that??). I love the ambiance - good music and great vibes. Amazing drinks (the Almond Joy latte and the tiramisu latte are both oh so good!) and delicious healthy fresh food (my favorite is the 2-egg omelet with pico de gallo and spinach). Durham is so lucky to have this place. I will continue to make the drive from Dover.“

“My love and I dined here last night. Our server was wonderful, and she enticed me with the Sea Bass Special. I've never ordered a special before, and..wow. The buttery flakiness of the fish, the perfect rice, and the bright salad dressing sent me to the moon. The old woman (delightful) brought us this amazing giant bread. Sara had the chicken kabob, and the meat was delectable. Our entire meal was amazing. $58 for two people (I had one Budweiser) is amazing. I cannot see Date Nights being anywhere else for a while My hat is off to you fine people. Regards, Peter T Connell“
“My husband and I visited as part of our anniversary road trip. I highly recommend this place! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the selection of cider was just off the charts! If you happen to be in this part of New Hampshire, stop in, you won’t regret it.“
“We usually enjoy the drinks, food, and great atmosphere there. However, something seems to have changed with the food.
The burger I got the other day was disastrous. Not only was it not tasty, but it also caused serious stomach discomfort. The patties were paper-thin, overcooked, and basically just two pieces of charcoal.
I don't know what changed, but please bring the good burger back.
Also, to truly enjoy the outdoor space, it would be nice to have some sort of screen or barrier from the road and passing cars.“

“The bagel with lox is incredible every time and the crulers are soooo worth the hype. The coffee is always super yummy and everyone working there is very kind and efficient even in really busy rushes. It’s one of my boyfriend and I’s favorite spots for a weekend coffee and breakfast run!“
“If you're in Newmarket, June's Café is a must-visit! The espresso is rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced—one of the best I've had locally. And The Loomer sandwich... absolutely delicious! “I just want to start off by saying, this is our third year coming to Lexie’s Landing. This year without hesitation has been a 10 out of 10!! We love boating and we love good drinks and good food. Whether it’s date night or lunch with our kiddos, our go to is a quick boat trip to Lexie’s!! I can’t thank Rob, Brigid, and Morgan enough. Our kids absolutely adore you guys and every single time we come, you guys make us feel like family!! Being in the restaurant industry myself, I tell all my regulars about Lexie’s. I can’t wait for next season because each year keeps getting better and better!! 🍻🍔“

“Have dined here a couple times and the food was delicious, great service and cozy atmosphere. When it came time to need to host a private event here I couldn't be happier with how Kate and her team handled everything. Kate cares and it showed from our first conversation, during the meeting to plan, communication in between and wrapping things up after the event. Her staff working the event were also very friendly, efficient and kept things running smoothly. You can absolutely trust her and her team to handle your event. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the Railpenny Tavern that day and wanted to come back. We couldn't be happier with how our everything turned out. Thank you Kate and team! “I was at Aroma Joe’s the other day and I had a great experience. The girl working was so nice to me and made my drink and food so well. She even asked me about my vacation and we bonded over it and realized that we were at the same resort in the Bahamas. My hot chai was steamed to perfection and she even added my dairy free milk. She was the cutest thing I had to add a tip to her. Hats off to this lovely young woman in our society.“
