“Everything is great, especially the rice cake appetizer (I expected Korean rice cakes like in ttekbokki, but they're little cubes of rice seared on the sides; we got them with duck but they would be just as good without it) and, obviously, the noodles. But in particular, don't sleep on the hot sauce -- Fresno chiles are one of my favorite chiles for flavor, and we got a bottle to take home and have been putting it on everything. Bonus points that the cocktails are canned and you can get them to go.“
“Just do yourself a favor and stop here. The beers are diverse, the people are friendly, and the owners might be some of the best humans to grace this place we call Earth. Seriously, it's the perfect place to try all different types of beers (not just 12 Hazy IPAs) and really get a feel for different styles and brewing techniques. I can't stress enough how much of a hidden gem this place is; a true and authentic beer tasting experience.“
“UPDATE 2/27/24- After a few good experiences we brought some out-of-town guests. Several of the food items were cold or barely heated and had to be sent back. It was kind of embarrassing after telling our guests what a great place it is, disappointing....PREVIOUS REVIEW I expected tender, juicy, smokey, meat with a good bark from a barbecue restaurant. What I didn't expect was the surprise of smoked maple sugar granules in the oysters, a delicious fiddlehead relish with the coffee rubbed smoked pork belly, and the grilled pound cake, probably the best dessert I have had in years! Very attentive service as well. Wow!“
“My daughter and I were craving a roast beef sandwich and Henry VIII Carvery came up as the top choice. After eating there, I can see why. Living in Northern MA, I'm used to the North Shore style roast beef which is thinly sliced, piled high, and typically swimming in sauce.Here, they serve a chopped prime rib roast beef sandwich with this amazing sour cream horseradish sauce and it served on this perfect sub roll which is soft, a little crunchy crust and holds the meat nicely.The prime rib was perfectly cooked, super tender and flavorful and the the roll was very good. We enjoyed a bag of chips on the side.Cool decor in the restaurant including a full sized knight in shining armor. Of I loved closer to Kittery, I'd be here weekly. Definitely check them out!“
“We went to Bob's the other day for lunch and was surprised when we went to pay for the our clams and scallops basket 69.75. It was good but it's not worth going for lunch at that price. Last year for the same basket we paid 50.00. a lot of French fries in both baskets and scallops and calms scattered on top. For some reason I cannot add photos.“

“This evening I stopped into Rudders and was met with the kindest soul, Hanna. I was a fish out of water and she kindly welcomed me. I got to talking with her and was soon a fast friend. I also got to meet Caitlin who despite working a full room had a great spirit. The service from these two, unmatched. Especially when you don’t know what you want they were so fun to chat with. If you are in kittery, I highly recommend and be sure to ask for Hanna or Caitlin!“
“Let me tell you EVERYTHING was perfect! Our server Morgan made a killer cocktail and had a refreshing personality. Every single bite from appetizers - mains was absolutely superb! The scallops were cooked a perfect medium rare absolutely melt in your mouth, hands down the best I’ve ever had at an establishment. I left very full and very very happy! Absolutely cannot wait to return and am recommending to everyone.“

We then went next door to the Belle Farm gift shop and that was very impressive. It had a lot of unique items. The woman working there was also incredibly nice! “I went there with a group of friends Friday night and had a great time with perfect service and atmosphere. They put on NCAA tournament game for us while I enjoyed The Rattler. (if you order this sandwich, go with the fried chicken option), I’m already looking forward to going back and getting the exact same sandwich. It was that good.“

“10 out of 10! Fantastic craft beers, creative and delicious comfort foods, cozy ambiance, and fabulous service! We are former Dover dwellers and C&M is one more reason to keep coming back to our favorite NH city! We loved the chicken nuggets, Rueben croquettes, fish & chips, pork sandwich, and tomato soup. Stomp Box was the beer of choice and we liked it so much, we took cans to go. Perfect hazy IPA! (We live 3 miles from a Tree House brewery so this is saying a lot!)“

“The cutest little coffee shop with the sweetest employees. I always have questions when I order coffee, and the gal working was so patient with me. My iced coffee was DELICIOUS. We tried the pistachio bread and the lemon poppyseed muffin, both were delectable. The shop is so cute and inviting I just wanted to sit and relax and avoid real life LOL. It’s a little out of my way, but well worth the visit.“
“I was brewery touring from Texas and my local beer Sherpa said I gotta stop at Loaded Question. I can see why. Not only did the Sparkletoes Imperial IPA not disappoint, but the whole atmosphere was so chilled and relaxed. I really enjoyed my visit and hope to make it back soon! Would recommend that anyone doing a brewery crawl add this to their route!“
“Let me say first: A definite stop for anyone on a brewery tour! The Edison Imperial IPA has to be experienced.Aside from that. I loved the layout of this place! Divided areas offer many choices to congregate and it's well lit without feeling "clinical", which is a plus for those of us who like the looks of brews along with tastes and aromas. A shame it was drizzling that day, that outside seating area looked very inviting.“
“This is by far the best Indian dining within an hour. The staff is all very polite and friendly. A few years ago they completely renovated during covid and its a nice atmosphere. “Good beer, which is obviously the idea, but i cannot get away from the feeling of it being a Starbucks style transaction. you cant talk to someone with the pure love of beer when your making a selection, no server to discuss the product. the operation is quite marvelous to see, obviously setup very well for large distribution, but the seating inside, while bright and sunny, doesn't give you a lot of room to even move about, not relax. very tight quarters.my wife and i went outside to the outside seating, which at night must be gorgeous id imagine! much more relaxed atmosphere outside.they made two incredible sours, and their IPA is great, so for those who aren't an IPA fan, they have an offering for you, but its not a huge variety on tap. They have some of their canned options available, but who goes to a live taproom style breweries for canned flats!?“
“I was given a special tasty treat today visiting Laney & Lu for the first time. This is an amazing place, very spacious with an outdoor patio, very neat and clean, plenty of parking (which is an anomaly for Portsmouth), excellent customer service and the food is delicious and divine! This is perfect combination if you want to relax and sit in and dine and or or if you want to eat quick and go but want something healthy, nourishing with high quality ingredients and taste. I had the best egg sandwich of my life, a Biscuit & Gravy Organic egg over easy with cashew mushroom gravy, walnut chorizo, spinach, micro-greens, scallion, served on gluten-free sweet potato biscuit. It was flavorful and fresh. In addition, they have an assortment of tasty and fresh pastries, designer coffee, espresso drinks and herbal teas. I had a "Macro" doughnut which was delightfully sweet, moist on the inside with a lustrous coat of sweet maple walnut glaze on the outside. I had the tea with Ashwaganda, gingko, lavender, tulsi, schisandra berries and it cleared my sinuses. Happy to have found this place, I am definitely coming back to try the rest of their menu.“
“I signed my wife and I up for a tea mixing class at Société last week. I'm not a tea drinker, but my wife absolutely loves tea. Since it was her 30th birthday, I wanted to do something special and different, which is exactly what this class was! Typically scheduled for an hour and a half, our teacher (and owner of the shop) was very thorough and engaging, which extended the program to about 2 hours. We tried 5 or so different teas of a variety of styles ranging from a cleanse, Chai, holiday special, and a black tea for some caffeine. Like I mentioned at the start, I don't drink tea...since that class, I've had 3 cups, and shared our learnings with family and friends (who also have fallen in love with the Chai we brought home). In addition to the tastings, everyone that attends the class is given a free jar of any tea they would like. When I told my wife a few days ago that I let my dad try the teas we brought home, she was (jokingly) angry that it meant she would have 1 less cup worth of tea now. Even if you don't sign up for the class, Société is a must visit for any tea drinker!!“
“I've been to Tour on several occasions - dinner with my daughter, date night with my husband and a larger event/bday party. The simulators are a lot of fun, and if you are not into golf, it is also just a great restaurant to enjoy in town. They also have a nice bar and several screens for watching any type of sporting event. Definitely a great place to check out!“
“Very good & many varieties of ice cream, but unfortunately, since we went only two days before it closed for the season, there was not much left. My husband‘s favorite pistachio ice cream was all out. So he had coffee ice cream & said it was very good but he felt no better than some others he’s tried. My mint chip was very good as well.“
“This place has something for everyone! The variety of food options and drink options are plentiful. I have been here with family and friends, sat inside and out. The staff are friendly and attentive, the place is clean and welcoming. The food is special in a simple, clean way. In the summer you can bring your dog and in the winter you can ice skate. “In area on business and needed a good cuppa joe and a sinker and decided to try Aroma Joe's for the first time. Had their house blend, which was great--not watered-down like Dunkin Donuts coffee. Sadly, all they had were chocolate glazed donuts onhand--not for me. Anyhow, friendly staff, drive-thru waitline not too bad and will get their coffee on roadtrips again!“

There is also a convenient and very good Starbucks.Food can be had at the 99 Restaurant, Ollie's and Me, Subway's Restaurant, and Dough Craft Pizza. Cross the street for Taco Bell and Burger King. Across the street from Starbucks is Cantina Vida.The parking lot is currently under repair and building of a new structure.“
“I visit Portland every 2 months to visit relatives and my trip wouldn't be complete without a stop at Stonewall Kitchen in York Me on my way home. There's always something new on display that i can't live without, from baking pans, jams, kitchen linens, etc. And to enjoy on the ride hone..a stop in the cafe for coffee and a sweet. I spend more time trying to decide between a scone or cookie..it might be easier if they didnt have so many choices!!!“
“This place was jumping!! Line wrapped fully around the counter and out the door! And their food explains why! From their pastries to their pizza everything was so tasty! We also got this sausage with jalapeño and cheddar cheese wrapped in a melt in your mouth croissant! It was so delicious! I ate all my food before thinking of taking a picture because it was that tasty! oh ya, and don’t forget to try one of their house made crullers!“
