We were able to bring a cake from outside in for a birthday celebration which our server brought to us ready to serve and sing! The Hospitality was excellent along with our dinners. I highly recommend Robert's and we always make it a point to go there whenever we have the chance! My only negative comment is the safety of the staircase to upstairs, railings on both sides are needed, an elevator would be better.“

“I have been eating there for years. I went the other night because I was craving scallops. I got my usual scallops and tried to substitute o-rings for fries. The girl told me it wasn't allowed. No substitutions. I was willing to pay for the upgrade. No go. I live in the area and there are a lot of other options which I'll be trying.“

“An absolute gem set on a tidal inlet. Their food is categorically delicious; favorites include their oysters, coconut shrimp, chowder bread bowl and chili dog. The fact that this is a BYOB spot is mind-blowing, but makes for a real treat. We usually bring a bottle of bubbles for the oysters and it makes for a special experience in a great setting at an unbeatable price. While the vibe is chill, the service is spectacular--food comes out quick and the staff are far more attentive than at most restaurants despite the fact that you do not order from them. Its clearly a very well run organization and they take the time to train their staff--and their staff flawlessly executes every single time. Can't say enough good things about Chauncey Creek. Do NOT miss out!“

“great location, great views but wasn't impressed with the food. I had a 3 ounce lobster roll for $20+, they wanted $55 for a 6 ounce.😱 there was more roll then lobster and the roll was over toasted. The Cole slaw was right out of a bag and blah. The only good part was the blueberry margarita, but I think I overheard the employee say it was only 5%. They didn't offer whole lobster.🫤 Go for the view, maybe order a burger or hot dog.“

“oh wow... what a find! We were looking for a seafood restaurant when passing thru the area and the name caught our attention. We had an amazing dinner! We both chose the seafood fettuccine, which was heavenly - incredible pasta and sauce topped with succulent seafood. Desserts were lavender creme brulee and white chocolate cake...Holy cow! Dinner and service were both top-notch.. and we can't wait to return!“

“Dockside is one of my favorite wedding venues to photograph! I've shot many weddings there and I've loved every one of them. The staff is top notch, the grounds are beautiful, and view is unmatched, and during your reception you'll probably be visited by a nosy great blue heron. He's popped up at most of the weddings I've shot there. There are so many wedding venues in Southern Maine, you probably can't do any better than Dockside.“

We had a tiny issue with one meal which was immediately acknowledged and fixed tenfold. Two members of the team checked on us several times after to make sure we were doing okay and then sent us home with an extra meal for later on the house.
