Amazing food, service and atmosphere.
I've been coming surf for years and the sushi is amazing. We decided to have a large takeout/ catering order for my office event and it was incredible. Amy, the GM was SO amazing to help coordinate this. Such an easy seamless experience, so happy we decided to get food from here.

Surf Portsmouth offers an energetic atmosphere, friendly staff, and incredible food. Highlights include the hot buttered lobster roll, lobster sushi roll, and delicious New England Seafood Trio. The restaurant also has a good kids menu and accommodates service dogs. The clam chowder is creamy and buttery with bacon and potatoes. Everyone enjoyed their food, even the picky eaters. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. The manager goes above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience.
