UPDATE 2/27/24- After a few good experiences we brought some out-of-town guests. Several of the food items were cold or barely heated and had to be sent back. This is a true hidden gem in the city of kittery, as a butcher myself, I whole-heartedly recommend this BBQ they have mastered their craft when it comes to brisket, and if you want st louse ribs this is the place, lOh did in mention jalapeños corn bread and their killer collard greens. You gotta try this stuff you won't regret it.

Great BBQ, recently went to terry blacks in Texas and it was on par with that. The brisket was a little dry and the cole slaw had less flavor than I hoped, but other than that it was pretty tasty and satisfied my BBQ craving.
