“Their Ice cream is worth the wait!!! Long lines but kudos their staff for moving super fast. There were 35-40 people ahead of us but we were ordering within 10 mins...

Highly recommend this place, go early as they are very busy during the hot summer months and run out of the fan favorites by late day.

“We cannot recommend For The Love of Food and Drink enough — they were absolutely incredible from start to finish and worth every single penny. The service was truly top notch, and the food was phenomenal. We chose a BBQ menu, and to this day we still have guests talking about how amazing it was. We even had a family member from Texas say it was the best BBQ he’s ever had, which says everything. Beyond the food, we also utilized their wedding day-of coordination services, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They made the entire day run so smoothly and handled every detail so we could truly enjoy ourselves. As soon as we finished the ceremony and were ready for photos, they had drinks waiting for us — such a small touch that meant so much. During cocktail hour while we were taking pictures, they made sure we didn’t miss out by bringing us trays of hors d’oeuvres and personally serving us so we could enjoy everything. They continuously checked in to make sure we, our families, and our guests had everything we needed. At the end of the night, they packed everything up beautifully for us, including leftovers and the top of our cake, making it so easy to grab the next day. The level of care, professionalism, and thoughtfulness they showed was unmatched. We truly cannot say enough good things about For The Love of Food and Drink and cannot wait to use them again for future events. They played such a huge role in making our wedding day absolutely perfect.“

“This is a hidden gem and I’m so grateful to have found it. I got the Monstah Lobstah roll and it certainly lived up to its name. It was so big that I was able to bring half home to eat at a later time. We will definitely be back and hopefully Caitlin will be our waitress again… a super nice young lady. “Vacationing in Wells with our grandkids. Went out for an early dinner. Sat on the patio. Kids had burgers (and they are fussy eaters). They ate the burgers and fries with no talking which means it had to be good. I had the tacos with fish which were amazing. My husband had the fish and chips. Huge portion but overcooked. Beer was good. Service was great. Will go again for burgers and beer.“

The wait can be long on weekend summer mornings (10-15 minutes) but we used our time at the next door dog park while waiting. Unique local specials (Lobsters, blueberries, and crabs, Oh my!) and delicious coffee and teas. Try their blood orange juice freshly squeezed! You will not be sorry!“

“I’ve been in Kennebunkport, before Batson was Baton ( when it was Tias Topside). Since Batson becoming the spot for locals and visitors alike, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The music, energy, and most of all the people, are the reason me and my friends/ family come back. They play the best music, have friendly staff, and really know how to make you feel “at home”. I would say people could come here for a conversation and they would be satisfied. However, the food, the atmosphere, and drinks are more than that, they are peak Kennebunkport.
