This was my first time ever having hibachi, and I truly was not emotionally prepared. What I thought would be a normal dinner turned into a full-blown awakening. Fire erupted inches from my face. Knives flew through the air with purpose. An ONION became a VOLCANO. At one point I stopped chewing and just stared, questioning every life choice that led me to not experiencing this sooner.

The chef was performing feats I didn’t know were possible while simultaneously cooking the best food I have ever eaten. The steak? Perfect. The chicken? Unreal. The fried rice? I’m convinced it altered my brain chemistry. I was fed mid-air like it was casual. That moment will live rent-free in my mind forever.

Time lost all meaning. I forgot who I was before this meal. I forgot what I used to think good food was. Every bite felt like a revelation. Every flame felt symbolic.

The staff was incredible, the energy was electric, and by the end I was full, stunned, and spiritually reborn. I now measure my life in two eras: before hibachi at Kobe Ninja House and after.“

“We recently had two visits. My first meal of fried clams-delicious. On our second visit we had a lobster roll. Stay away from them. Absolutely awful. I’m a Maine gal and this was the worst lobster roll ever. Sterns- you can do better, especially at 38$ !!“

“Absolutely loved the vibe, service, and food. Our server was on his very first day and his coworker was so helpful to him in answering our questions. Their teamwork was great. We sat upstairs at lunchtime and the vibe and decor, including fish shaped water bottles, was perfect as were the views.

We were a table of 4 and all the food was great including coconut shrimp, chowder, fried fish sandwich, baked haddock, and more. We didn’t have drinks but we could see delicious cocktails being served at the bar. We will definitely plan to come back here again and again!

“We went to Blaze Pizza in Portland Maine today. What a great experience. They overheard us mention it was my son’s birthday and when we were almost finished, they brought us free deserts and said did we hear it’s someone’s birthday? The staff was so amazingly sweet. I’ve been to this Starbucks over 100 times and 90 percent of the time my drinks come out very good but other times I get these disgusting drinks for example one time I asked for 2 pumps of this apple fall syrup and the drink tasted like straight syrup. Sometimes there is also a bad chai to milk ratio sometimes to much chai sometimes to much milk same goes with refreshers the same drink is a different shade each time and all the workers have a different opinion on what light ice is other then that this Starbucks is pretty great.“

“Decent place for dinner. Nice, fun patio and love music. The ahi tuna App was good but would have been perfect if it wasn’t drenched in so much sauce. I got the Cajun fish tacos and they were way too seasoned and salty I could not finish them. Also they were kinda made upside down which made them hard to eat. There was slaw on the bottom, then fish then salsa. I switched to put the fish on the bottom. Easier to eat. My husband got the steak tips they were great and the mashed potatoes without the sauce. We don’t like sauce on our steak. Service was good too.“
