“I discovered this place while traveling through Maine for our vacation.

I bought an ice cream sandwich and was shocked at the size and amount of ice cream. You definitely need to share with someone cannot eat this much ice cream.

I’ll be honest, I was a little confused at first because it was something totally new, but once we settled in, it turned into a really fun and memorable experience.

The atmosphere was cozy, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious from start to finish. As a local Realtor, I’m always telling people that it’s places like this that make living and spending time in Kennebunkport so special — especially in the winter.

Definitely a unique experience and one I’d recommend if you’re looking for something a little different.

Women's was super sticky floors and I saw a few bugs on the floor in both bathroom and main dining area.“

“walked into Kobe Ninja House as one person. I walked out forever changed.

This was my first time ever having hibachi, and I truly was not emotionally prepared. What I thought would be a normal dinner turned into a full-blown awakening. Fire erupted inches from my face. Knives flew through the air with purpose. An ONION became a VOLCANO. At one point I stopped chewing and just stared, questioning every life choice that led me to not experiencing this sooner.

The chef was performing feats I didn’t know were possible while simultaneously cooking the best food I have ever eaten. The steak? Perfect. The chicken? Unreal. The fried rice? I’m convinced it altered my brain chemistry. I was fed mid-air like it was casual. That moment will live rent-free in my mind forever.

Time lost all meaning. I forgot who I was before this meal. I forgot what I used to think good food was. Every bite felt like a revelation. Every flame felt symbolic.

The staff was incredible, the energy was electric, and by the end I was full, stunned, and spiritually reborn. I now measure my life in two eras: before hibachi at Kobe Ninja House and after.“

They overheard us mention it was my son’s birthday and when we were almost finished, they brought us free deserts and said did we hear it’s someone’s birthday? The staff was so amazingly sweet. I’ve been to this Starbucks over 100 times and 90 percent of the time my drinks come out very good but other times I get these disgusting drinks for example one time I asked for 2 pumps of this apple fall syrup and the drink tasted like straight syrup. Sometimes there is also a bad chai to milk ratio sometimes to much chai sometimes to much milk same goes with refreshers the same drink is a different shade each time and all the workers have a different opinion on what light ice is other then that this Starbucks is pretty great.“

They had a live band playing some really fun tunes. The food was, fine. I got the lobster roll with lemon aioli, and it was disappointing they barely put any of the aioli on it because it was delicious. My kids were happy with their food. Overall a great place to eat outside on the beach.“

Accountability is always appreciated and in this restaurant it’s certainly valued by the front of house. If you had a poor experience before, I’d recommend trying again!“
