This beautiful, family owned business is making an incredible impact on Newmarket! From their fresh, simple ingredients that pack a flavor punch to their incomparable Cuban coffee, Carter + Ellie’s is a must stop. The service is top notch, they treat you like family and you’re left feeling pleasantly full without draining your wallet.

the brownie was soooooo perfect I can't comprehend it!! and the ice cream was so cheap I said we're all getting the biggest ones they offer!!!! it's a no Brainer to check this place out!! thanx rob and fam!! 🍻

Carter & Ellie's is a sweet addition to Newmarket. It is a friendly spot with delicious food and baked desserts. The Key Lime Pie is out of this world and absolutely delicious. The peanut butter cookie is divine and the cupcakes, including the lemon and the strawberry and cream ones, have beautiful decoration and fantastic flavor. Everyone is blown away.
