“Just tried Smoke Shack Cafe for the first time. I did a takeout order with a little bit of everything! 2lbs of Brisket- very good, mostly the flat cut, good smoke, moist! SFC didn’t skimp on the weight. 1Lb of pulled pork, nice lighter taste, spot on with moisture! The smoked sausage (mild) was very tasty- though it still had a little spicy elements. Collar greens! excellent little spicy but that’s how we like that. Best of all the coleslaw was crisp and the bakers dozen corn bread was a hit! Definitely will go again. Everything was packed nicely and in order.“

“We recently celebrated our office's 10 year anniversary and had a Hickory Stix BBQ food truck at the event. We only did burgers and dogs but they were good high quality ones and everybody had nothing but good things to say (had about 100 people). The staff was on time and friendly, and cleaned up with nothing left for us to do. Overall would highly recommend. Really took the stress out of the event.“

“We held our small wedding reception at Pipe Dream and everything was perfect. Everyone we worked with was amazing from the event coordinator Morgan, the chef Corey, the bartender Lisa, and all the rest of the staff. Morgan was great with giving us free range to decorate the space, get music playing, and get a slideshow on the TV. Corey made specific points to work with any food allergies or restrictions which made everyone very comfortable eating the food and checked in on when we wanted everything to come out. Lisa was great to talk to and work with during setup and the reception. We cannot recommend them enough, they really went above and beyond at making everything go as planned.“
