T-BONES Great American Eatery

Looking for a T-bone steak then this is obviously your place, although I opted for the center cut fillet mignon. Delicious none the less. This is a great place to eat, service was great, and it had the nice Americana atmosphere, and yes if you are looking for a salad they still have you covered. So eat up my friends!

I don't know where T-bones found her, but Kayla in the guest relations dept is amazing. I emailed in with a rewards points issue/question and she went above and beyond to help me out. Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a long time.

Stopped in during Bike Week 2025 for lunch and a beer. Unfortunately, I was refused service because my driver’s license had some wear and tear. Despite presenting a valid, government-issued CPL ID with photo — which is accepted in many places and was even fine with TSA — the manager declined to serve me, citing that New Hampshire doesn’t recognize it. I also offered other forms of ID like a health insurance card, but they were dismissed.

What really stood out wasn’t just the refusal, but the condescending and dismissive attitude from the manager. It wasn’t about safety or the law — it felt more like they didn’t want to deal with bikers.

If my ID was truly illegible, I would understand, but it clearly wasn’t an issue elsewhere. Definitely not biker-friendly, and I wouldn’t come back or recommend this place to others. Save your money for places that actually want your business.

We had a good meal and the Service was pretty good by American standards.

I had the Caprese Burger which was delicious along with a bowl of Chili we split.

The misses had the chicken pot pie which she enjoyed as well.

The deserts look and are amazing on our visit.

Jason was awesome. Good reconditions and great person.

Extremely unimpressed...

All fried food (fries, onion rings, wings, etc are cooked in the same fryer oil - including shellfish) As my wife is extremely allergic to shellfish, she was unable to order anything fried with her meal and subsequently wound up have broccoli with her burger instead of the fries or onion rings she wanted.

In addition to that, my son's drink was wrong (beer instead of mixed drink), the burgers we ordered took more than 60 minutes to come out, and my wife's burger was the wrong burger. My wife had ordered the same burger as my son (All-American burger), but the burger they brought out for her was the cheddar burger. This was easily observed at a glance by the significant difference in cheese color, but the waitress insisted that they actually were the same because she had made sure they were. They were clearly not the same, and when we got the bill, we could see that the waitress had actually ordered the cheddar burger that she had insisted she hadn't.

To be fair, the supervisor did give us a gift card for $25 in an attempt to make up for the ridiculously long wait. However, all things considered, I doubt highly that we will have a return visit.

The food was good, the server was helpful but the food took a long time to come out. It was very busy though.

Stopped for lunch during shopping. It was very busy but was still seated promptly. White Sangria although looked to have a lot of fruit just tasted like wine.

Cajun chicken sandwich was very good.

I couldn’t decide so got the pick two. Tuscan turkey sandwich flavor was good. Basil aioli had good flavor but too much was added so it was extremely mess to eat. Chicken parm crostini looked very good but didn’t get to try it since I was already full.

Parking: Next to hotel so if hotel is busy, there is less parking.

This place is nice on the inside. The wings were delicious. The steak which cost 40 dollars was tender but so much seasoning the whole thing tasted like salt. They did nothing to try and fix it but bring me napkins to wipe it off. The salad dressing had such a funky taste to it. I would eat here last resort

While being seated I witnessed a server blowing his nose in the kitchen and of course that’s the waiter we got- hoping he washed his hands but I’m not so sure as he came right over after being seated. From our table I could see directly in the kitchen and saw staff standing up eating and what not- tried not to look!
We are out of town visiting family for Thanksgiving weekend and this place had good reviews. Food was okay but pricey.
My Father had a cup of hot tea and asked for a 2nd cup of hot tea and the waiter did not bring him a tea bag with the hot water and when we told him he forgot the tea bag he said “ Most people use the same tea bag”. Really??
Also I saw a promotional flyer on the table about gift cards- spend $100.00 and get $25.00. Our bill was well over $100.00 So I plainly asked if I purchased the gift card today If could I use it for our lunch to save some money today and He shook his head YES and took the bill back- 10 minutes later the check came back again and he charged me for the meal and the gift card. I looked at him and questioned him about the receipt and he said that I could NOT use it today and that it would take 24 hours to activate the gift card- Why would I ask if I could use it for the lunch today and why did he shake his head yes? This wasn’t even a miscommunication- I was clear. I would have been okay if he just said no you can not do that in the first place. Anyhow after waiting an additional 10 minutes we paid the hefty bill and left. I will not be back and would not recommend.

I can't count how many times we've been here! We have never had a bad meal & love using the rewards program.
