We had a good meal and the Service was pretty good by American standards.

I had the Caprese Burger which was delicious along with a bowl of Chili we split.

The misses had the chicken pot pie which she enjoyed as well.

The deserts look and are amazing on our visit.

Jason was awesome. Good reconditions and great person.

Extremely unimpressed...

All fried food (fries, onion rings, wings, etc are cooked in the same fryer oil - including shellfish) As my wife is extremely allergic to shellfish, she was unable to order anything fried with her meal and subsequently wound up have broccoli with her burger instead of the fries or onion rings she wanted.

In addition to that, my son's drink was wrong (beer instead of mixed drink), the burgers we ordered took more than 60 minutes to come out, and my wife's burger was the wrong burger. My wife had ordered the same burger as my son (All-American burger), but the burger they brought out for her was the cheddar burger. This was easily observed at a glance by the significant difference in cheese color, but the waitress insisted that they actually were the same because she had made sure they were. They were clearly not the same, and when we got the bill, we could see that the waitress had actually ordered the cheddar burger that she had insisted she hadn't.

To be fair, the supervisor did give us a gift card for $25 in an attempt to make up for the ridiculously long wait. However, all things considered, I doubt highly that we will have a return visit.

The food was good, the server was helpful but the food took a long time to come out. It was very busy though.

Stopped for lunch during shopping. It was very busy but was still seated promptly. White Sangria although looked to have a lot of fruit just tasted like wine.

Cajun chicken sandwich was very good.

I couldn’t decide so got the pick two. Tuscan turkey sandwich flavor was good. Basil aioli had good flavor but too much was added so it was extremely mess to eat. Chicken parm crostini looked very good but didn’t get to try it since I was already full.

Parking: Next to hotel so if hotel is busy, there is less parking.

This place is nice on the inside. The wings were delicious. The steak which cost 40 dollars was tender but so much seasoning the whole thing tasted like salt. They did nothing to try and fix it but bring me napkins to wipe it off. The salad dressing had such a funky taste to it. I would eat here last resort

While being seated I witnessed a server blowing his nose in the kitchen and of course that’s the waiter we got- hoping he washed his hands but I’m not so sure as he came right over after being seated. From our table I could see directly in the kitchen and saw staff standing up eating and what not- tried not to look!
We are out of town visiting family for Thanksgiving weekend and this place had good reviews. Food was okay but pricey.
My Father had a cup of hot tea and asked for a 2nd cup of hot tea and the waiter did not bring him a tea bag with the hot water and when we told him he forgot the tea bag he said “ Most people use the same tea bag”. Really??
Also I saw a promotional flyer on the table about gift cards- spend $100.00 and get $25.00. Our bill was well over $100.00 So I plainly asked if I purchased the gift card today If could I use it for our lunch to save some money today and He shook his head YES and took the bill back- 10 minutes later the check came back again and he charged me for the meal and the gift card. I looked at him and questioned him about the receipt and he said that I could NOT use it today and that it would take 24 hours to activate the gift card- Why would I ask if I could use it for the lunch today and why did he shake his head yes? This wasn’t even a miscommunication- I was clear. I would have been okay if he just said no you can not do that in the first place. Anyhow after waiting an additional 10 minutes we paid the hefty bill and left. I will not be back and would not recommend.

Came on a Monday night. Have been many times before. Was told 20-25 minute wait. Went back in after 40 minutes to ask. Was told 5 minutes. Clearly forgot about us, That's okay we get sat in a shitty seat real quick. Asked before even 2 minutes of looking at menu what we want to drink we got with 2 Manhattans for a regular. Waitress has a pout on from the start. Brings us two Manhattans and nothing else. I ask for two waters. Okay she finally asked us if went want some bread yes please thank you! Comes back well take 2 fish and chips, so easy. And can we get one more drink. "Oh when you have more empty" quartered filled at this time. I said we are only asking because of how long it took to recieve pyr first drink, 8was going to be our 2nd drink. She brings back a shaker no top with just enough fill the glass. Last drink was a shaker she poured and left the shaker with another whole glass in it. I asked how come. She said " you don't remeber me pouring it maybe I should take it." No I remember exactly how I was served my first drink. She has the manger come over. Who I explain the encounter to, who stuck up for her miserable waitress of course I get the game. We say keep the fish and chips and their half a 2nd drink and leave. Will never be back. Psa they are alway able to comment on this post without us being able to respond back so please heed the message given and not the face response from the team that did not support us in food drinks or a good environment.

Really a 2.5 out of 5.

The good; service was GREAT. I sat at the bar and sometimes service lacks there but here, all the bartenders were really great, attentive and warm. I'd lo E for those ladies to be my servers/bartenders all the time.

The bad: It took FOREVER for my food to come. I read so many article and watched videos, I forgot about my food after a while. Then realized I ordered. It took about 45 mins for my food to come out. It was busy but it took longer than other places I've been and ordered food. I wouldn't be surprised if my food got overlooked and they had to reheat it because it sat. The temperature feels like that was the case,scorching hot when it came out.

The taste of the food was BLAND I mean NO flavor. I got the baked stuffed haddock with rice pilaf and squash. The fish was very sad and I guess the butter? Tasted more like just grease. The meal just wasn't good and lacked flavor. Another reason why I think it got rewarmed after just sitting.

Would I come back again? I don't know. I feel like if my food came out when it was ready or I get a flavorful dish it'd be an immensely better experience but maybe all their food is bland?
