My wife got a Mac and cheese burger on Saturday and it had to be the most burnt and god awful burger she’s ever experienced.. I was thrilled when I learned that there was a leftover burger in the fridge only to reheat in air fryer and discover it to be the most wretched burger I’ve ever had in my life…at 22 dollars a burger should be pretty easy to nail and even easier to not send out completely destroyed! Shame on you guys! I can’t get the taste out of my mouth even now.
We went here for a private party a few weeks ago. By far, the worst meal Iv’ve ever had in a restaurant. I ordered pesto haddock. It was described as having tomatoes and spinach with basmati rice and mixed vegetable. Overcooked cube of fish without a tomato or spinach in sight, scoop of plain white rice and broccoli arrived. This was. not at all apealing!
Tried calling x5 no answer to order take out(couldn’t order online intending to use a gift card). No answer. My husband went down in person told the staff. They didn’t care in the slightest. No apology or explanation. Trying to celebrate our anniversary after working all day having a small child at home. From someone who supposed your business all through covid and the many yrs before and after… whats happened???
