We went here for a private party a few weeks ago. By far, the worst meal Iv’ve ever had in a restaurant. I ordered pesto haddock. It was described as having tomatoes and spinach with basmati rice and mixed vegetable. Overcooked cube of fish without a tomato or spinach in sight, scoop of plain white rice and broccoli arrived. This was. not at all apealing!
Tried calling x5 no answer to order take out(couldn’t order online intending to use a gift card). No answer. My husband went down in person told the staff. They didn’t care in the slightest. No apology or explanation. Trying to celebrate our anniversary after working all day having a small child at home. From someone who supposed your business all through covid and the many yrs before and after… whats happened???
We actually walked out before ordering. Only 5 tables were occupied, yet we waited over 20 minutes and no one came over to even get us started with drinks, even though two servers were on the floor and didn’t look at way. Very disappointing as we are usually good customers.
