The service here is horrendous! Rude incompetent hosts over phone when placing take out order. Numerous instances of this! I have already explained this to management so I will not respond to their generated response to this review about reaching out! I am not going to come to this location anymore.

Excellent food and service at very reasonable prices. We visit weekly, with the diverse menu, it is not difficult to go back and enjoy another well prepped and served meal.

Unbelievably bad. The steak flatbread tasted like tarter sauce, the burgers were ordered medium and were literally raw throughout with soggy buns to match, fries more dry than the Sahara, and the soda to wash it down watery and flavorless.

It was astonishing how bad it was.

Mediocre bar food. Seemed like a local hang out spot so I had high hopes. Only positive was happy hour allowed you to get half priced apps at the bar- that made the cost more appropriate for the microwaved frozen foods we were served

Sitting at the bar, we watched dinner entrees sit under the hot lamp for up to 6 minutes before a server would pick it up to be served. Horrible service.

So I’d like to start by saying my grand mother and I came there approximately 4pm Friday, we are on a mini vacation and she wanted prime rib. We were sat at a table and no one came to see us for over a half hour. Two different waitstaff walked by us, so we know someone knew we were there. We decided to leave. Today, Saturday rolled around, grand still wanted prime rib from 99. We went back to give it another chance. Service was faster this time, grandma ordered her prime rib, medium rare, it came to the table still bleeding basically. Waitress took it back, it was fine but took a little time to come back, wasn’t what it should have been kind of dryed out.I had steak tips and tenders. My steak tips, were more cold than hot..it was just a bad experience. 99 is always our go to but this was a bad experience. Two days in a row, in a tourist town..we were disappointed

We ordered salad, burger, salmon, and lobster roll. Everything was tasty except the lobster roll. The lobster had no flavor, seemed a little old and the melted butter was not pourable (temp too cool). Service was wonderful. Location was convenient.

Great stop after biking. Easy parking, outdoor seating!

Terrible $54 for 2 steak salads. Thats ridiculous to begin with and then it’s all lettuce and 4 quarter sizes pieces of steak. Wont be ordering from Conway 99 anymore.

99 restaurants are solid. I know people, including my Wife, say it’s a chain restaurant. So what ?!? If it’s good it’s good. Many places in the North Conway area have weird hours. Some are closed a few days a week. Probably due to lack of help. The 99 is always there for you. It’s a great place to fall back on if other places are too crowded or not open.

Cold and noisy. Food was good

I had the steak tips.. and they, were delicious❤️
