Ordered a 12 oz sirloin medium rare it basically just got cut off the car and put on my plate. I asked the server to take it back he took it back twice to have them re-cook it came back the same exact thing bleeding all over my plate. Don't get me wrong I love rare steak but when I say this thing was raw I mean you could basically hear it still mooing in the backyard. Also ordered my son in 8 oz came the same exact way. No compensation no extra food I gave the food back told him to take it off my bill they gave me the money off for the dish but nothing extra and I didn't get to eat. I know they're slogans eating good in the neighborhood but only if you're a zombie coming full force at humanity. To top it all off all they do is take an 8 oz steak and smash it with a hammer so it's wicked flat to look like a 12 oz steak because my son's weighed more than mine did and it was an 8 oz steak. Sorry if you're hungry for cooked food do not go to this place.

The food we came for (ribs) they were out of, which was disappointing but understandable. The food we did order was the Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger and the Bourbon Street Sirloin. The sirloin was over cooked, ordered medium rare and got well done. The sides were unseasoned and not what was advertised. The Burger, spot on. Our waiter Yusif, listened to us, apologized and got the kitchen manager. She (no name) came out with attitude and no introduction. She told us we must have ordered wrong as there was nothing wrong with the food, she felt it was acceptable. She did offer to take it off the bill, but the attitude was unnecessary. North Conway Applebee's fails us for a third time. There won't be a return visit for us.
Side note, Yusif was awesome and did a great job. Best part of the meal

Wow! My sister, my mom, and I went to Applebee's on December 3rd, and the service was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone on the clock that night was wonderful, and I hope they know how awesome they are! Keep it up, you guys!
The bar tender was rude. We were there Saturday at 2 and the bar weber was awful.

My wife and I took our grandson for his first ever Applebee's experience on Black Friday. It was overly crowded and the manager had to deal with a large crowd waiting for available seating. Once we got seated our service and meal was fantastic. Our waitresses was pleasant and the food was phenomenal. Above all the value for the food quality was outstanding compared to what other restaurants charge now. The host/manager was a genuine clown. He definitely had a tough day at the office. He is quite a character. He could probably use a vacation after that day.
