I'm so happy that North Conway has a cool late night space with live music on some nights. I was there yesterday, Sunday Nov 2. Attentive service by Delia, who makes a great cocktail that actually has alcohol in it. So often, drinks are water downed. I was also happy they had a rather nice late night menu as I had just gotten off work. I really enjoyed the Chicken Piccata, although it was a little astringent because of the excessive garlic, and I'm Latin, so I was raised with lots of garlic, probably since I was breastfeeding (LOL). Reduce the garlic by 50% and it would be perfect. My partner enjoyed his Turkey sandwich and the Sip of Sunshine IPA, which was wonderful. Can't wait to return perhaps on a Saturday when they might have live music.

A really nice place. Excellent service. And the food was good. We shared the chorizo queso dip, very good. My wife had the burger, excellent. Our daughter had the Gnocchi alla vodka sauce, also excellent. I had the chicken wraps, only fair. There was to much spicy mustard on them for my taste

We were seated quickly as it was early Saturday night. Our server Tyler was very attentive and helpful with our Gluten free needs. We had the hummus appetizer with GF breads instead of naan. My wife had the Korean marinaded steak and I had the buddah bowl. We were delighted with the food and service. As we left, my wife's first words were we have to come back when we are in NoCo again.

On vacation and this place was packed, but for good reason! The food and service was beyond spectacular! Everything was so yummy! Thank you Chef's Bistro!
Unfortunately a bad experience at Chef’s Bistro. Horrible bar seats. In the back corner of the bar that should be a work area and not patron seating. I had to move a plastic crate off the bar in order to sit down. The hostess totally ignored the crate and walked away. I moved the crate, sat down and the bar tender seemed annoyed that I actually moved it. We ordered simple meals. French onion soup and burgers - medium. Long wait, soup came out cool. Burgers then came raw. Barely on the grill. When I said the burger was raw, the bar tender heard my comment and quickly turned and walk away. Since the expansion of this restaurant they simply don’t have their act together.

Came up for a wedding over the weekend in Plymouth & while we were up here decided to check out Chef's Bistro for open mic night on a Monday. Not only has it doubled in size the food quality is consistent, great service, & drinks are amazing. Doesn't matter where you sit, every staff member whether server or bartender is incredible and Josh keeps his menu impeccable. Still one of the top places up here in the valley considering we now live in Nebraska!

The best food in the area! Korean bbq bowl was tender and flavorful. Others raved about the pull pork sandwich with amazing candied jalapenos. Staff were attentive. Also had live music the night we were there.
