I was in N. Conway with my family for a weekend trip and came upon this place. We decided to have dinner there and wow what a disappointment. The host was rude and seemed to be bothered by seating the five of us; the waitress was equally apathetic and the food was marginal. The combination of bad service and bla food made this a total waste. Don't go.

Went with energetic 2 year old and felt welcome by staff and other diners. We all shared the ramen- excellent! Though recommend leaving off jalapeño which was not authentic or contributing anything to the dish, a chili oil on the side would have been an awesome alternative.The beef lettuce wraps were also delicious, the mustard was a bit overpowering to the point it was more of a hamburger lettuce wrap, I couldn’t notice the Korean marinade as much, which was what I’d really been looking forward to. Finally, we had the salmon with Brussels sprouts and rice, absolutely perfect, and served so hot we could still see the steam coming off till the last bite.The menu overall is so appetizing, I’d love to keep going back and try everything, great selection, quality ingredients, timely and polite service, comfortable atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: I was nervous to being a toddler in what seemed a bit fancier place from the outside (though she’s dined all over Europe and is quite used to the experience) but it was comfortable and welcoming, though I wouldn’t say aimed at families and kids.

What a great addition to North Conway downtown.Cool vibe in there, farm to table type menu with inventive offerings.My friend had the burger with hand cut fries, well-made and she liked it.I split with my friend the spinach salad with goat cheese etc, delicious marinade. And the lamb gyro, very tender and flavorful. It comes with slaw and a pickle, fries are am upcharge.There were many options that sounded delicious to get next time so looking forward to our return.Didn't have any cocktails as we were driving home.Attentive and pleasant server as well.Definitely don't miss this lovely restaurant .

Oysters were so fresh perfectly shucked and de stemmed, impressive :) The 3 home made sauces we tried Wow I am addicted Awesome job to all the staff Definitely recommend trying it out Everything was so fresh and most healthy dishes served with smiles and laughs Thank you chefs bistro

Can’t comment on the Food , hostess was too rude for us to want to wait to dine here. As we mentioned we had 5 in our party he quickly said well you could have had that table but with 5 you will be waiting atleast 40 45 minutes or could be less couldn’t give us a actual time. Just said I’ll text you when I have a table. Well my good friend your rudeness sent us to another restaurant with with a warm welcome ! I’m sure your locals aren’t keeping your doors open. Better pay more attention to the actual people putting money into your business.. Then again you’ve lost a customer.

Out server, Nathan I think, was delightful. French onions soup was classic with a rich broth. Our steak frites delicious, perfectly cooked potatoes and a fresh salad - sized just right with homemade dressing. Creme Brule, yes please. Highly recommend.
