We waited 15 minutes first in line while none of the staff acknowledged our existence. 6 people working and when we turned to leave the manager yelled “thank you for your patience” as we went out the door.

We are on our family vacation in Maine, and came to North Conway to try DQ, we have never tried DQ before. And it was a really poorly visit. Tables were gross, we had to wipe down our own table, the guy taking our order (casey morgan) on 7/21 was on his phone most of the time and messed up our order. He ended up giving us more food than we ordered, and was not polite, did not listen and messed up on 1 of our orders. The restaurant was nasty with over half the tables gross, not cleaned. Floor had soda spilt all over it and sticky. The only clean part of the store was the bathroom. Casey Morgan took our order and did not do a good job at all. This one is at the north Conway nh DQ. We won't ever come back to this one. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

They have never been able to get an order right. Part of the problem is the drive through box where you order. It doesn’t work right and needs to be replaced. Even the employees have commented on that the thing doesn’t work. Willing to change this once they have either fixed the box or replaced it.

Website information was completely wrong. Drive up only after 8 with sign at the location, indoor pickup not available. Online order went through but was not acknowledged at the location. Had to wait 40 minutes for 2 blizzard through drive up only. Will not recommend go somewhere else. Blizzards was not good

Placed an order for pickup. The store had drive through service only sign out front. Had to sit in line and wait with people whose food had to be cooked. Absolutely ridiculous. Turn off mobile ordering if you can’t handle the volume. So disappointed.

The restaurant was clean. We were greeted by Chris Ruley, who ran the window and the counter all the while training new staff in the kitchen. I was very impressed with the way he interacted with the customers as well as the staff, treating new staff with courtesy and Respect. The food was delicious as always. Highly recommend.

Very kind people. Stay away from the hot fudge sundae. You'll have hard time finding the hot fudge!. They put five tiny dabs around the ice cream. I've heard of cost control but come on?
