We lived everything about this place! The atmosphere, the decor and the service was excellent! Joe took great care of us. The food was very good! When we're back in the area, we will visit again for sure!

Fantastic food and service! Started with the wings (fantastic sauce -- great mix of sweet and spicy), brussels sprouts (so yummy though a little too much dressing), and mussels (scrumptious and the sausage added a wonderful richness). Had the salad special which had a delicious fruit chevre and berries. Dinner included teriyaki steak tips that were perfectly done and baked haddock that melted in my mouth. Great service too. Highly recommend!

They’re hours posted online state they are open until 10pm so my husband and I traveled an hour to go there for a late dinner and drinks for our anniversary only to find out they close their kitchen at 9pm!! They should state on their hours that the bar is the only thing open past 9pm.

Pretty mediocre. Only went there because everywhere else was full. The calamari were actually quite tasty. Medium rare filet mignon was more like a well done.

The hostess was so unfriendly, you could tell she that she didn’t want to be there. The waitress was nice and she was very good at her job. The food was horrible! The steak was so thin and veiny that there wasn’t enough good meat to even fulfill my appetite.

Based on a local resort clerk's recommendation for a non-touristy and not high-end steak and seafood place,, my wife and I, who do not dine out much, even while vacationing, went here for our one dinner out while on a ski/wedding anniversary week. Great food, good service, friendly and accommodating staff. Though a little pricey for us, rated as $$ on Yelp, it was worth it. The house speciality drinks we ordered were well made as well. I would say the only small nit-pic is the desert portion was small and so-so. The cheesecake I ordered, except for the raspberry drizzle, had no real discernable flavor. But, the lamb I ordered and the NYStrip steak, both off the specials menu were very, very good. We went on a Thursday night to avoid the Friday/weekend crowds and the ambience was nice, as well.

Enjoyed a delightful whiskey flight with two high-end bourbons and a high-end rye. I selected the whiskeys for my tasting then Chris, the bartender, recommended I switch out Kentucky owl for blood oath, because it is far more rare. I appreciated his suggestion and found blood oath to be excellent! The stag barrel proof was very good, and the Whistlepig 15 was the smoothest rye I have ever had. Everybody in the bar had a fantastic New Hampshire accent, it was a friendly and warm atmosphere for a delightful whiskey tasting. Highly recommended!

We arrived for an early dinner before the dining room opened for service. We were promptly greeted and offered to sit in the bar area. Chris, the bartender provided superb service. He took our drink order and then helped us with dinner recommendations. Our drinks came right away and then we placed our order. We ordered the chicken corn soup as a starter. It was excellent. It came hot and was very flavorful. For our main entree, I order the baked haddock and my wife at the turkey medallions. For sides we both had caramelized brussel sprouts. For our second side I had roasted mushrooms and my wife had the mashed potatoes. Everything was well prepared, expertly cooked and was plated with a great presentation. I appreciate that Deacon Street pays as much attention to their side dishes as they do to the main dish.We have been coming to North Conway area for years and we have found a new favorite restaurant. Best meal in the Whites we have had in a long time. We will be back for certain!

Prices similar to other places. $90 spent on 3 cocktails & 2 apps & tip. I go out at least 3 times a week, so I'm aware of prices & quality throughout New England. Deacon Street has good cocktails & rather good/average appetizers. Generally, similar products to other chain bars/restaurants. I will return, perhaps to sample dinner menu.

Yummy mussels! Yummy Deacon St Sipper! More TV's to watch whatever you want. We happened to be here for Saturday divisional playoffs & oh. A Bruins vs Canadians hockey game. Being on tour up in North Conway is tough but someone has to do it! Deacon St is worth the stop. Trust me.

Good neighborhood pub. Food is good and the drinks are poured well. A bit pricey. The nights with live music are our favorite
