There was no line, our order was very quick, just had to wait on them to brew some decaf for one of our drinks. The floor was a little dirty but everything tasted great!

Went into Dunks this morning 10/13/24 @ 11:15 AM. with wifey to get drinks and breakfast sandwiches. The woman handling handing out the orders was very pleasant - great attitude even though she was up to her eyeballs in orders. I wish I had asked her name so I could give proper recognition, because she deserves it for sure!

went through the drive through, ordered 2 refreshers and a water. pull up to the window we wait over 5 mins for anyone to come to the window. When they finally did they gave us the wrong drinks The girl was rude and annoyed that I had asked her to remake them. after they remade and gave us the correct drinks we tried them just to find out they tasted like moldy/fermented fruit. absolutely breathtaking taste… disgusting!!

Stopped here last year service was fine. This year back on vacation, stopped and walked in and was told no orders at the counter , use the kiosk and if your paying cash get back in your car and go thru drive-thru, there were two employees standing there and nobody else was in the store or in drive thru. OK you closed out your register for the night, it's 635pm and it says your open till 10. I placed the kiosk order, she made a comment which I couldn't hear about one of the items being a latte, (iced caramel latte) got my two items drove back to our place, once home found out the caramel latte was made with pumpkin. Horrible and lazy service! Now to try to get my money back thru the app. Prob not.....
