Waited in drive thru for a half an hour just to get a large cup of ice it was supposed to bea large iced coffee it had roughly 4 ounces of coffee the rest was ice I could have gotten a cup of ice anywhere for alot less than 4 bucks but thank you for the cup of ice and the splash of coffee .... I guess I learned where not to go

Best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I believe his name was Sway, he’s the guy you want to order from. He’s quick, very nice, and never gets anything wrong. He counted my pile of change extremely fast so it wasn’t awkward for me and the people waiting behind me. Thanks Sway, we will be back!!

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever visited. Staff were rude, service was extremely slow, and the place was very dirty — tables, floor, and counters all looked neglected. Really disappointing experience. 🤢
