Because of the penny shortage, they’re refusing to give people proper change doesn’t matter if it’s one penny or three. all night the McDonald’s in North Conway has been refusing to give people pennies because they don’t “have any” so they’re ripping off every single damn person who should be getting them back.

I showed up in the drive thru at 12:50 pm when they close at 1 am. We sat at the speaker asking them to take our order. When no one replied by 12:54 we drove up to the second window around 12:58. Then honked the horn and knocked on the window. It’s completely unacceptable when they close at 1:00 to not take an order 10 mins before closing. As the only place open to get food at later than 11 p.m they should be selling food up until 1 a.m.

The manger Andrea gave me a lot of attitude when I called to asked why I did not receive part of my order. I even asked the drive through girl the missing items were in the bag and she said yes before we left. I should not have taken her word for it because this happens all the time at this McDonald’s. I usually check the order but had two hungry kids in the back and took her word for it… my mistake.

Food is McDonald's food nothing to write home about but I always order my sandwich with no cheese whether I'm in the Drive-Thru or dine in and they always put cheese on it little human robots can't be reprogrammed I understand new employees New Management everything always changes except for the fact that I cannot order a sandwich without cheese

This McDonald's has a section with some tables that are little helicopters which I thought was cute for kids to enjoy.

I've only used the drive-thru recently so I can't speak of the interior. It is what you would expect from McDonald's. My fries were hot, soda was perfect and my Mcflurry was as expected. Usually it is pretty quick, although the wait at my most recent visit was unusually long. No mention or apology from the staff for a 10 minute wait...
