I ordered a very simple takeout meal and after waiting patiently for 20 minutes. I went inside to find out what is going on as the place was very slow. No one knew where my meal was. The manager looked like he should’ve been the janitor, If he had been promoted. Nothing like the black gentleman that used to run that location. employees were all over the place, and when they finally located my meal, they nearly threw it at me, like it was my fault. When I asked the manager for his name, he got busy turned and walked away. I cannot believe McDonald’s has a manager running a store like this. Tail wagging the dog here. First time trying their app and the results are horrid. I know McDonald’s food is what it is but getting it, ice cold with a lot of attitude from a foreigner. Is a bit much.

the building was very nicely built, me and my friends were excited when we walked in but the service was nearly indescribable. me and my friends all ordered something and everytime something was missing. toppings were forgotten, and our oreo mcflurries werent mixed. they just put a little bit of oreo on top which would spill off when you tried to mix it in yourself. the guy at the counter was nice but somehow obnoxious at the same time, gently hitting his head against the wall upon discovering i brought my order back again. just seemingly unproffesional, its possible this guy was new but i still was aggrivated by it and the service. poor.

Ice cold food. This location has never gotten my order properly. There is always something missing when using the drive thru. On this particular day we ate inside. All of the food temperature was ice cold, The Big Mac, cheeseburgers, McDouble and the fries. The French fries had hardly any salt, and were ice cold. All of the buns were stale and seemed like they had just come out of a refrigerator. The meat was colder than room temp. I ordered extra pickles & onions on the 2 McDoubles and they did not add either extra's. There was barely any mustard or ketchup on all of the sandwiches. The Big Mac barely had any lettuce or special sauce. The French Fries tasted like metal. We spent $38.25 for a cold, tasteless, low quality, over-priced meal.

Ordered on the mobile app, thinking it would make life easier since I had a busy night ahead of me. When I got there I waited in the spot a while before going in. I found a line of people who were waiting for food, that had already paid. Some had already been waiting 30 minutes! They were clearly under staffed and focused on the drive through. When asked anything they ignored and kept working, not a single employee out front. Maybe they should have shut the mobile app or the drive through down to focus on what they had already paid for ?? The customers standing there for almost an hour?! It took 50 minutes to get my order and when I got home I found they forgot 2 sandwiches, 1 burger wasn’t cooked thoroughly and the Big Mac was literally meat cheese and bun. Completely unacceptable all around.
We went in around 9:45pm, we were almost knocked off our feet by the smell of sewage in the front door. The food took almost 20 minutes to come out. The food was the worst McDonald’s I have ever eaten. We threw most of the food away it was so bad. McDonald’s needs to rethink the pricing of their food…. Way over priced, horrible quality, stay away

I just spent 10 minutes standing at the counter, and wasn't even acknowledged! The manager and an employee glanced at me from the back but didn't even bother to wait on me. I'm traveling and just grabbed some cash to run in and grab something, the sign said cash orders had to be placed at the counter. Very rude and inconsiderate, I walked out. I hope you do better next time to represent your community!

Food was good but it was late and people were cranky. I went up to ask for a cup of ice water and a guy looked at me and said **** off to me and I said I just wanted ice water. But he didn't even fill it all the way. I was appalled that an employee said that to me and we told the manager that he had said that and she looked very disturbed about it, we got a discount on my food though!! The place looked cool and I enjoyed it besides the encounter with the rude man .
