Merlino's Family Steakhouse

The food was amazing! The bartender had a good pour but had no personality and barely spoke to us. Had to wait 10 min to settle up with the bartender so our table upstairs was given away. Despite asking for upstairs dining room was seated in bar area which was disappointing given one member of our group was celebrating a birthday. Waited a long time for dinner to arrive with no rolls or butter. No veggie with dinner nor side salad. Expect more when paying $30+ for an entree. Definitely remember it better last time we were here.

Food was amazing. Atmosphere was terrible. Service was atrocious. I told my server that it was my mother's birthday and they did nothing. We waited 20 minutes and were seated in the bar area. Waited over an hour for our food. There's so many other amazing restaurants in the area go literally anywhere but here. Not worth it.

It's Ok. Recommend you stick to the beef which others in my party thought was great. I had otherwise (chicken and pasta) which wasn't so great. Bit pricey but nice atmosphere and kid friendly.

I was very happy with the dinning experience at Merlino's Family Steakhouse. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. We sat upstairs and really enjoyed the view out the windows. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding. They really know how to prepare their meats. We had steak tips and they were melt in your mouth tender and delicious.
I highly recommend this restaurant. A+ on all accounts!

Came here for dinner after 11 hours on the road doing leaf peeping on the Kangamagus Highway in the White Mountains of NH. Needless to say we were exhausted and hungry. This family friendly steak house was the answer to our prayers. The service was superb, the delicious food came out fast and the place was bustling with activity. We ordered the 12 Oz steak special and a large garden salad. Prices were very reasonable.

Unfortunately the delicious smell must have came from another restaurant because my mother’s steak was undercooked. Please double check your food before eating to make sure this doesn’t happen to you!

Out of alot of items on an already Limited Menu. Server Not Well Informed on what was OUT. V.Long wait times to get table, get service, to get any item to table after order. Food served cold...ugh. Server did not act like wanted to wait on you. Steak very tough, no flavor. Expensive!!! for what you get. v.Sm portions.
Will Not be returning to this establishment.

Went to Merlino's and got served by Amy. The food was good and came out relatively quick. My wife got the braised beef and I got the alfredo pasta. Both plates were tasty and came out hot. We were seated upstairs away from the bar, which seemed more of a Boston Market/standard restaurant feel and not a traditional "pub". Would definitely go back and try other plates.

Me and Fiance came here on our mini vacation. It was made even more special by the amazing food! Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. Can't recommend this place enough!
