Obsessed with Peace of Mind! Nancy was so lovely to work with and so kind. We ordered cookies for our wedding because we wanted to offer an allergy free option. The cookies were SO GOOD and still good one week later. She packaged them in cake boxes and let us know how to store them until the big day. Would definitely work with Nancy and Peace of Mind again in the future!

My mom placed an online order for me and it arrived today. The package of cinnamon buns was broken and plastic stuck to some of the cinnamon buns. I messaged the company and was advised “…we can't be liable for items damaged in shipping, we do our best but it is not in our hands…”. An offer for free shipping on our next order was made. I don’t choose the packaging for the product or how they ship it. My mom did pay the extra $9 for cold shipping. The whole box was packed like no one cared how it arrived. What I can choose is where we will spend our money and peace of mind is no longer on that list.
UPDATE: Nancy wrote back blaming UPS for this issue. She wrote, “ ..I understand your frustration, but we sent the items out in perfect condition, the blame is on the carrier, so therefore you could file a claim with UPS. Small business' are not responsible for packages that are damaged by UPS and we would all go under if we took that responsibility on.” I could accept that if the outside box had not arrived in perfect condition with no other items affected. This is an issue of the plastic packaging breaking because it gets too cold and shatters. Businesses tend to go under when they fail their customers and don’t take responsibility for issues that are theirs. If you value your money, beware.

Too bad I’m limited to 5 stars. This place was tucked in behind the VA medical center in North Conway. They are primarily commercial bakery, that obliged us passing through with their delicious donuts and baked goods. Can’t say enough about the maple brioche. Believe me, you won’t miss the gluten and won’t notice that it’s vegan. Delicious for everybody!

They are oddly tucked behind the VA Medical Center in North Conway, NH, but the trip there is worth it. Their flavors rotate and their maple brioche was legit. I did not notice that the donuts were vegan or gluten free. These pastry chefs work their magic!

WONDERFUL gluten free bakery!!! A bit confusing to find the entrance but totally worth it. Staff was friendly. The cinnamon rolls are delicious for even regular diet people!! And the apple fritter donut ?

I found baked goods at the Monson General store in Monson, Maine and I just want to say how glad I am that they exist in my world now. Vegan cookies make me happy ? and they are all gluten free, also! Everyone deserves delicious options, thank you! ?

While waiting to pick up lunch elsewhere, we decided to check out this bakery. I am so glad we did! A few bites of donut held us over until lunch was ready, and they were the perfect snack after a day in the mountains. We got Boston cream, Italian wedding cookie, and chocolate donuts—all great flavors! We will definitely stop here again, or pick up her donuts at The Met.

Absolutely must try – the owner was super sweet and caring, and don’t even get me started on her donuts. We got blueberry maple and apple fritter, but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of the choices. It’s a bit hard to find - just keep a sharp eye for the signs! At first we thought it was closed but nope, it was simply tucked away (drive all the way to the back). Such a great find.

I went to chefs bistro to pick up A few flatbreads. It was the BEST gluten free flatbread I have ever had!! I went back to get more. I was told they get them from this bakery. Someone mentioned they may be discontinued soon. I pray that’s not true!! I live 3 hours away but I would come back up here just to get A few dozen of those!
So they had Peace of Mind Bakery whoopies at Wicked Fresh Craft Burgers so I got one to try.
The only flavor they had was strawberry lemonade.
So it may be delicious but Im more of a tradional whoopie pie guy and not so much a fruitty guy.
I wish I knew where I could buy a choco one while Im up here camping since ya cant get them at the place of their birth.

peace of mind whoopie pies deserve an award ? they are unbelievable! today we chose chocolate and got to try cookie dough for the first time! some of our other favorites are the funfetti, strawberry lemonade and lemon blueberry! the donuts are fantastic as well ?

Where do I begin.We've yet to experience the window, we will for sure soon.However, Peace of Mind has made our trips to North Conway an absolute dream.From getting Pizza at The Flatbread Co. to a donut from The Met, thank you so much for sprinkling your goodness throughout the main strip, you are one of the biggest reasons we return to North Conway.

We love love love POMBC!! She does the dough for the vegan gf flatebread at Flatbread Company and provides them with their whoopie pies which are sooooo delish! Every doughnut we’ve had has been incredible, and my wife who is not vegan would eat POMBC doughnuts every day if she could!
The only downside is that her takeout window isn’t always open so you do have to check the fb and ig pages.

These Whoopi pies were the only gluten free vegan option and sold out quickly!
