Consistently the wait for a simple black iced coffee is 20 minutes or longer and my order is rarely correct. The service has declined greatly since Covid started. They seem to be staffed well so I’m unsure of the issue. It’s sad because I am a local here and love Starbucks coffee and loved the convenience of the drive thru. The drive thru is now atleast a 10-15 minute wait. My mobile order took 30 minutes to be ready today. I hope a solution can be found because I’ve...read full review
