I’ve been a loyal daily customer here since they got new management, and I’ve been back every day since then. The workers are a big part of my day, and I love how clean they keep the place. I run on coffee mostly, and since I don’t eat much, it’s my main source of energy during long shifts.

Not a fan of the food options, except the chocolate croissant, lol. The service is always cheerful and engaging, the atmosphere is calm, not rushed. The only gripe I have is, there are times I order the same coffee and it doesn't always hit the same. Sometimes it's bitter and leaves me sad.

Slowest service I think ever.
I don’t usually go to Starbucks, (or leave reviews on google) but when I do go in I typically receive great service. Not so at this location. My three young kids and I waited for 20 minutes for an Americano and three kids temp hot chocolates. We watched car after car receive their drinks. By the time ours came up the drive thru was empty. Once we received ours, the hot chocolates were so hot my daughter couldn’t hold it.
The one normal looking woman was very pleasant, and I wish I could remember her name. Alisha maybe. The rest of the crew clearly didn't care and could not wait to get out of there to take a nap.
Maybe if they focus more on speed and accuracy than D.I.E. and hiring alphabet people, this wouldn’t happen.

Well, I tried again. I should have known it was going to be another bad experience. As soon as you walk in, there is a giant gay pride flag hanging in the lobby. That surprised me because I remember corporate being very particular about what what on display and how.
Aaaaanyway.
This visit I wanted to get some coffee ground. When I worked at Starbucks my favorite coffee was Komodo Dragon, and they stopped making it. I had heard that it was available again and decided to get some for the shop. When I got there, the drive thru was packed, so I was expecting to wait. What I was not expecting was to be ignored for a full 3 minutes while I stood ALONE in line. Not one of that help made eye contact with me or said good morning or I'm sorry we will be right with you. After 3 minutes, I put the coffee back on the shelf and left.

Took an hour to get a singular coffee, the workers were an absolute mess. probably the most infuriating shit i’ve ever seen in my life. Never come here.

Worst Starbucks I've ever seen. My wife waited over 45 mins and they couldn't put two black iced coffees together. Get your act together staff and management. Terrible parking and drive thru setup as well. Steer clear

This has been the worse experience ever. To wait over 40 minutes for venti macchiato and a venti brown sugar shaken expresso is absolutely insane. You either need to get more help, shut mobile orders off, or do something because this was absolutely insane. The fact that I’m not the only complaint should say something. Just not ok at all. It’s ridiculous

Messed up my mobile order, unfriendly, and when I asked for the whipped cream on my coffee I ordered, she was irritated that I interrupted her and she put the tiniest dollop on my coffee. In appropriate words came to my head about her and the Starbucks. Took back my tip.
