Messed up my mobile order, unfriendly, and when I asked for the whipped cream on my coffee I ordered, she was irritated that I interrupted her and she put the tiniest dollop on my coffee. In appropriate words came to my head about her and the Starbucks. Took back my tip.

Cesar was amazing!! So sweet, polite, and professional- gave us an extra chocolate croissant. Made our day a whole lot better ☺️

It's a Starbucks. Some are better than others. This one is okay however on our most recent visit the staff were very rude.
A thank you goes a long way.
Will take my visit to the met or even dunkin' donuts for that matter.

Had a couple of nice experiences but lately drinks are not being made to order. I’ve ordered cold foam 3 times now and it’s not given to me. No “we are out of stock” or anything . & considering it’s an extra $1.50 it’s getting a little absurd . I’ve also replaced oat milk for breve & my husband definitely received oat milk . For coffees that are almost $10…. I want them made right .

Sigh… my daily stop. Been coming here for 8 plus years it feels! Miss the old staff. New staff not very nice or professional. Gave me a half cup of coffee (grande size) and topped the rest with whipped cream 😂. I mean definitely a childish thing to do. But the fact I was only person in line… so no rush…. Makes it even more annoying. $7 for a Coffee… no problem… but it’s half full and Taste kinda old and bitter doesn’t seem right. I have been a barista in the past and I understand the pressure that you get from all the orders that pour in and sometimes not all the customers are very nice…. But unfortunately, that’s the name of the game so if you can’t handle it, maybe you should get a different job. I really hope someone in upper management takes these reviews into consideration and properly retrains the staff.

Close this place down until you can properly staff it. Nobody is willing to wait 25 minutes for a coffee like we just experienced.

I have been going here for over a decade. I have met a lot of great workers. For a while, we couldn't go in, and the place was closed on Sundays and Mondays.
So I was excited to see last week they were open and I could go in. The barista took my order and made it wrong. I let it slide because it was my first time ordering from her. Yesterday she made my coffee and I asked for a sleeve. She pointed out to me they were around the corner. No big deal. Early this morning, I got two hot drinks. They came with no sleeves. So I went where they were, and empty. So I asked her for two sleeves. She came with one. I gave it back, and I rudely shared my frustration
She apologized and said she didn't hear me ask for 2. She just made me 2 hot drinks. But I know realize what the issue has been my first 3 visits to her. She doesn't listen to the customer. To busy being fast to care about quality. 6 bucks a drink, I want what everyone has done for over a decade. Get it right. Quality is more important than quantity. Tomorrow, i will try again.
Bring bay Karisa, Jessica, Emile, Tym, or someone from the old gang.

Management should have taken care of all the employees who quit a few months ago. I'm a local who dealt with the drive through only for a bit. First time coming into the store since it reopened. The employees who are here are definitely earning their keep and working hard. But extremely short staffed. Turning away people at the counter saying it's a 40 min wait. I'm probably the only patient person sitting here right now. Customers are angry. Management should he ashamed of themselves.

It says that it is open until 8 in the evening, we came before 7 but it was closed and only Drive Inn was open, so we came to Drive Inn Lalit but they didn't give us service because we were without a car.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been everything was empty the 2 of the workers were sitting down and doing nothing and the doors were closed no one in the stove threw they were 4 people on the shift .

One of the most poorly run Starbucks ever. Their doors were locked at 2 pm on a Saturday and force you to go through drive through. Waiting in line for an online order ahead of time. Must be almost 15 cars ahead of me. Overpriced coffee for underwhelming service. I see owner apologized for the last review a month ago that says the same thing. Don’t apologize, fix it.
