Close this place down until you can properly staff it. Nobody is willing to wait 25 minutes for a coffee like we just experienced.
I have been going here for over a decade. I have met a lot of great workers. For a while, we couldn't go in, and the place was closed on Sundays and Mondays.
So I was excited to see last week they were open and I could go in. The barista took my order and made it wrong. I let it slide because it was my first time ordering from her. Yesterday she made my coffee and I asked for a sleeve. She pointed out to me they were around the corner. No big deal. Early this morning, I got two hot drinks. They came with no sleeves. So I went where they were, and empty. So I asked her for two sleeves. She came with one. I gave it back, and I rudely shared my frustration
She apologized and said she didn't hear me ask for 2. She just made me 2 hot drinks. But I know realize what the issue has been my first 3 visits to her. She doesn't listen to the customer. To busy being fast to care about quality. 6 bucks a drink, I want what everyone has done for over a decade. Get it right. Quality is more important than quantity. Tomorrow, i will try again.

Management should have taken care of all the employees who quit a few months ago. I'm a local who dealt with the drive through only for a bit. First time coming into the store since it reopened. The employees who are here are definitely earning their keep and working hard. But extremely short staffed. Turning away people at the counter saying it's a 40 min wait. I'm probably the only patient person sitting here right now. Customers are angry. Management should he ashamed of themselves.

It says that it is open until 8 in the evening, we came before 7 but it was closed and only Drive Inn was open, so we came to Drive Inn Lalit but they didn't give us service because we were without a car.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been everything was empty the 2 of the workers were sitting down and doing nothing and the doors were closed no one in the stove threw they were 4 people on the shift .

One of the most poorly run Starbucks ever. Their doors were locked at 2 pm on a Saturday and force you to go through drive through. Waiting in line for an online order ahead of time. Must be almost 15 cars ahead of me. Overpriced coffee for underwhelming service. I see owner apologized for the last review a month ago that says the same thing. Don’t apologize, fix it.

This location has serious staffing issues. Last couple of times there they were closed with many customers just walking away scratching their heads.

Currently drive thru only while they hire new staff, but the crew I had today made some great drunks and quickly.

I never leave reviews. However this location needs to be seriously looked into. I get closing during the week. But today is Sunday and they are closed. It’s not a lack of workers as the aroma joes can stay staffed no problems. Either upper management is lacking is this region or store management is lacking. But it should be resolved if this location wants to stay in the valley.

This store is simply disappointing to say the least. They have had no help here since early spring 2024. Each time I drive 30 minutes only to find out there closed that day or it’s been drive through only for months. The people that actually Do show up to work that particular day are Awesome . Are you open or closed

Hello i have been a loyal customer to this location for over 2 years ordering daily usually 2-3 times a day until now. They have officially lost my service i will no longer pay 16$ 3 times a day for my coffee which is about 47$ a day i spend here. Apparently since going to drive thru only most of the baristas cant make a coffee to save their life unless you get lucky and one of the veteran employees makes it. Every single day that i have gone there one out of 2 of my coffees each time is wrong if not both of them my frappe ends up being a big chunk of ice or whipped cream and my husband's machiatto taste like spoiled milk and because of the 40 minute wait times in line it's impossible to get fixed or if you do wait you get an attitude. Plus they are constantly changing their hours at the last minute i will officially no longer be a loyal starbucks customer at least not in north conway. I would rather drive the 2 hours to Portland for my frappe and machiatto. This store has gone down hill so fast they have lost more then half their customer base. I feel so bad for the employess who have been there struggling through all of this and sticking it ouy they deserve better and so do their regular and nonregular customers! Someone needs to do something about this store!
