Levy is so miserable. Same with the 2 young girls. Blondie and the other one. Get a different job. If management ever sees this I hope the profit was worth it the past couple of years. Now that Jersey mikes is open 1min up the road, I sincerely hope you guys go out of business. I'm sure they have barely held on by a thread at this location and now your time of reckoning has come!

Order placed through the app Wednesday 10/18/23. Went to pick it up, order not even started because they had no bread, so no subs. Voided the order. Tried again today 10/22/33 order online again, get there to pick up order and it's not ready, this time they had to make more meatball's because they ran out, so the cold sub is made sitting marinating while the meatball is made. Cold sub is okay, not soggy so that's cool. The meatball sub was drowning in sauce, so much so it soaked through the paper wrapper. It was warm, but not toasty. If it wasn't witnessed being put in the oven I would have challenged it was put in the microwave, the roll was soggy and chewy, not in a good way either. This location always has issues, and their product is eatable at best. Maybe it's time for an overhaul, Fryeburg Maine nor Intervale New Hampshire have these same issues. It's disappointing.

The young lady who started my sandwich kept forgetting what I told her to put in it. She didn't put the olive packets. Then she had trouble cashing me out.

This location is usually pretty dirty inside. During my latest visit (today), the place was empty, but the trash bin was overflowing so much that there was trash on the floor near the entrance. The employee was just standing around, with nothing to do. I almost walked out, because who wants to see trash on the floor in an establishment that serves food, but I was starving. I ordered a sub to go.

I wanted to give minus 100 stars to this subway outlet. The girl working there was the rudest person I have ever seen. She was throwing stuff on the sandwich and was getting really annoyed for no reason. Girl, you don’t want to work there and show attitude then sit at home with that kind of behavior. They were out of breads and had the most stale bread ever. The chicken tasted bad. The food was very stale. I threw half of my sandwich away. Also, there was not a single person when we went in there and we all know why.

Should of followed customers notes about separating the halves individually for each sandwich, but I guess you guys don't like to follow customers instructions. Should of went with my gut and went to Luke's subs where they know what they are doing and follows customers instructions.

Jared Fogle showed up, apparently he's not in prison. They're just keeping him in the freezer of a random Subway in North Conway. Hot Take... I don't think Jared Fogle is a good guy. I'm just gonna say what we've all been thinking, there's absolutely no way Jared lost all that weight from eating those cake sandwiches. Not to mention he was just a trashy person. Also I couldn't understand a thing the workers were saying! And I think they spit in my tuna sub! "Eat Fresh" more like "Ew what the heck!" ONE STAR! Would not recommend.

Food quality is decent. Service is always horrible if you get Levy. He has an attitude, slambs everything, very short with his words, and will forget what you ask to put on. If you get a salad/bowl, he just tears the meat up by hand with the most disgusted look on his face. Chairs are on the table before 6 making it looked like they are closed. The other staff members are not as bad, hence coming back.

Arrived at 8:30 AM and this location was closed despite posted hours stating that it opened at 8 AM. After waiting for 20 minutes with another group that was also waiting, we gave up. Based on other reviews, it sounds like this is a repeated issue.
