Good music, friendly outgoing and accommodating waitstaff. Our second visit, the soup is amazing and the turkey apple cheddar sandwich is fantastic. Only complaint is that we couldn’t eat it all! We had to take the bread and apple butter with us. Poor us.

Hidden Gem in North Conway!
We had the veggie omelets and lattes — absolutely delicious! This place can be a little tricky to find, but don’t give up — it’s literally underground and totally worth the hunt. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and fresh food that hits the spot. Highly recommend stopping here for breakfast or brunch if you’re in town!

The best breakfast. The breakfast sandwich on the signature sriracha jalapeño cheddar bagel was fantastic and the hot chocolate was so fun.

The entrance can be tricky to find, but it’s around the back. Don’t give up if you can’t find it at first, it’s worth the visit.

The staff is attentive and friendly. When we arrived service was super quick but it filled up quick. Prepare for a wait if there’s a lot of people and be patient, it’s only 2 people.

Their French toast was fluffy with great flavor. Their baked goods are super sweet, but omg are they fresh!

Had a wonderful breakfast here. The breakfast potatoes were fantastic. Staff was very friendly. Pastries looked wonderful! Wish I was able to take some with me but had a full day planned.

Underground Bakery & Cafe was a recent find and will be a daily stop while we’re on vacation! The iced coffee is amazing and has coffee iced cubes so it doesn’t get watery. They have homemade pastries and treats, we tried the ring ding and salted caramel cake which were both 10/10. I highly recommend this local gem!

This place is a bakery but more than a bakery it is a restaurant that does breakfast and lunch and the food is all made in house and is to die for. Trust me … you will not be sorry and btw the prices are fair . Try the pancakes…you will never eat them any place else the rest of your life . Ok ….. so the owner is wonderful. Every person that works there is like part of your family . The best …. No let me try again … THE BEST place in the valley. AAAAA++++

Stopped for lunch, had the French onion soup- it was delicious! The owner took her lunch break at the same time and we had a wonderful conversation. I took home a coffee cake which was divine. 💖

Pretty disappointing. Iced coffee was basically frozen coffee cubes with water over it and tasted like water down coffee. Hot apple cider came out of a packet and dumped into hot water. Baked goods didn’t taste homemade. Service was decent and the atmosphere was a cool vibe but only three tables available.

Quite hidden in a very dark underground setting. Waitress was serving regular customers before us, and was about to offer the last table to the regular customers despite arriving before them. Aside from this, corn soup and avocado sandwich were really good. Desserts looked good, although on the more expensive price range.

Great place for quiet breakfast and good home cooking food.

We were visiting the area and stumbled upon this incredible restaurant. We loved everything about it. The food was delicious.
The cannolis were amazing, actually the best we have ever had. The wait staff were the best. They could teach a master course of how to run a restaurant. They made us feel like we had been invited into their own kitchen and we're cooking just for us.
