I don’t think I’ve ever eaten a better falafel in my life. If you go to via Roma you’re doing yourself and your family a favor.

honestly the best restaurant I have ever even stepped in. From the quality of the food, to the service, the ambiance, the story behind the restaurant, and so so much more. I love this place so much and find myself coming back to via roma like at least once a week. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The meatballs were cold the spaghetti was not cooked and there was mold in the bottom of the parmesan cheese shaker. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude. There was no sink in the ladies bathroom you have to use the sink outside the bathroom door. The best part of the whole experience was that we got to watch grizzly Adams well we ate.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I was up here with my friends and the snow started to pick up. We originally ordered online for delivery and there was a problem with Door Dash. We were stuck at home and the owner or manager delivered our food to us himself. This was a unique situation and his genuine kindness was incredible.

We were craving Italian food, but most places in New Hampshire are very expensive. I found this restaurant, looked at the food photos on Google, and checked their website. Even though it has 4.2 stars, I honestly think it deserves much higher because the food is excellent.
The pizza was amazing, very well topped and full of flavor. I ordered the Chicken Meatball Parm, and it was delicious. The meatballs were flavorful, the pasta was perfectly cooked, and you can really tell they use real seasoning, not just basic salt and pepper like many places do.
The only small note is that it was a little bit salty, not too much, still very good, but slightly less salt would make it perfect.
Overall, great Italian food, very tasty and worth trying. I definitely recommend it.

Extremely long wait times. Didnt have the food ready when we got there after 45 minutes. We did go on a holiday eve so maybe that was the reason for the long wait times. Food tasted horrible and bland. We got the hummus pita, shawarma pizza, chicke pasta and ceasar wrap. Everything tasted bad.

I just have to give a shout‑out to Via Roma. this place totally exceeded my expectations! Their pizza is next‑level, from the classic Margherita to the bold and tasty Chicken Shawarma Delight and BBQ Chicken pies, all with fresh ingredients and delicious crust that had my entire family at the table love it. I also loved trying the Greek fries and fresh hummus with pita — such great Mediterranean flavors that stood out. The chicken parmigiana and falafel wrap we ordered were generous and full of flavor, and the chef was super friendly and welcoming the whole time. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual meal or grabbing takeout, this spot is an absolute must‑try — truly one of the best locally!

Terrible pizza, almost flavorless and the dough tastes like it was pre-made. Don't waste your money here

Via Roma Pizzeria in North Conway is one of those places that sticks with you. As soon as we walked in, the owner welcomed us with a big smile and took a minute to chat, making us feel like regulars even though it was our first time. He checked in on us while we ate and clearly takes pride in making sure everyone is happy.
The food was outstanding. The pizza crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside. The sauce tasted fresh and homemade, and the mozzarella was melted just right. We ordered a Margherita and a pepperoni, and both were packed with flavor. You can tell real care goes into every pie that comes out of the kitchen.
Between the amazing food and the genuinely friendly service, Via Roma feels like a place built on passion. It is the kind of spot you look forward to coming back to, not just for the pizza but for the people too.

I mean it’s about as mediocre as it gets. The guy behind the counter is attentive. But the food… Everything is just reheated so it’s not fresh at all. Pizza is good though.
