Meatball and pasta meal gave my daughter food poisoning. Horrible experience.

Drove all the way here only to find out that they’re closed on Mondays, even though it says they’re open on Google Maps. So annoying, get your hours straight

Says open until 8pm, open sign in the window. Doors locked to both entrances, no answer on the phone. Well done!

Judging from other reviews, I probably dodged a bullet.

What seemed promising for dinner was a disaster. My Meatball Sub was terrible - the meatballs were so dry, they fell apart like overcooked ground beef, there was about a tablespoon of sauce on the meatball sub. It could have been a great sandwich with just a little less cooking and a little more love. Hubby’s Steak Sub is both pepperoni, cheese was ok - the meatballs was tasty, but again, a little more attention to the food - there was absolutely no sauce so it was a very bland, very dry sandwich. No problem with the service - it was a super busy night so I ordered online for pickup.

Another review said to "just keep driving", agree 100%!!! North Conway only had 5-6 restaurants on Door Dash, so I ordered Via Roma twice. I only recommend the fried pickle chips, so if that's what you want, this is the place for you.

So pleasantly surprised to find this gem, we typically drive as far as Boston from Maine for pizza the likes of what we found here and seldom settle for less. As soon as I opened the box I knew it was the real deal. Outdoor accomodations were nice with views of conway and surrounding foliage, fanstasic - cheerful staff (who both allowed and absolutely adored my dog which is always a win with me) but most of all the pizza was incredible. I will be back time and time again! Thank you for providing a birthday meal for my significant other that I otherwise would have not been able to make happen this far north. You just can't get it this good up here!!!

Update: Been here 10-20 more times and the pizza is always worth the drive.

Took forever to get the food. Food was good, at least 45 minutes for our food to come out. Even when we were ordering, the kid at the front kept messing up and getting the order wrong. Bad experience.

You get one star for answering the phone. Your menu looks good, but it's impossible to order. You lost my $100 and every other $ I would have spent there on my twice yearly trips to North Conway. Thanks for nothing.

This Review is for the coffee House. Best coffee I have ever had. Can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in this place. just the way its set up and how spotlessly clean it is. Super friendly too.
