Excellent place to slow down and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. The food is yummy and they are open to working professionals, coffee dates with friends, PA students, etc. Family run and always look to give back to the community!

I buy the whole espresso beans there 1-2 pounds at a time! It’s amazing having coffee with beans that were roasted less than a week ago - sometimes less than a day ago depending on when I get them! The lattes and sandwiches are amazing too, and the service is unbeatable! 10/10 definitely stop in and give them a shot! The Coffee Factory is a coffee shop and more than just a coffee shop. It is a whole community and a creative haven. The coffee is consistently good, and customers can taste the quality. The mocha shaken espresso is the best. The food is beyond delicious, including authentic breakfast, coffee cake, and red velvet cake. The vibe is cozy and welcoming, with a very open room, plenty of seating, and big bags of coffee beans adding to the ambiance. The staff are genuinely some of the kindest people, going above and beyond. The owner is an incredible human, laid-back and welcoming. The place has nice big handicap bathrooms and a piano sound board hanging outside. It is in the Shaw's plaza with ample parking and plenty of room inside for a wheelchair. It is a little pricey but worth it.
