Derry House Of Pizza & Roast Beef

Phone call lasted 5 times longer than it had to because I had to keep repeating myself, the food is so terrible not even my cats will eat it, the order was wrong, fries were soggy, the burger was soggy and the bun was crunchy, I wouldn't eat this even if it was free.

The perfect little pizza place I was looking for.

Picked up my food. Got it home it was ice cold. Roast beef was supposed to be 3 way, it had nothing on it and sandwich was ice cold.
Also asked for 1 order to have a salad and the other dinner to have coleslaw but they both had salad. They also did not put the dressing for the salad it the bag. Why bother asking what kind I want if you didn't even put it in the bag.
The manager did call me back and said I'll take care of you the next time you order.
Unfortunately this was my first time ordering there and my last.

My son stopped here today and ordered a chicken kabob salad and a steak tip salad. They were both delicious. The Syrian bread was so fresh. This will definitely be on my place to order.

Ordered a junior roast beef, they gave me a super beef, and it was cold. I couldn't even eat it it was so bad. Burger sub was dry. They had too many orders going, and not enough people working.

I never complain about my food and the food here is usually good. Ordered steak tip greek salad. The steak was so tough and overcooked, it and the brown lettuce went in the garbage. Come on guys what happened here?
