I never complain about my food and the food here is usually good. Ordered steak tip greek salad. The steak was so tough and overcooked, it and the brown lettuce went in the garbage. Come on guys what happened here?

Very disappointed, the large ham and cheese sub had only a minimal amount of ham/cheese. The ham was old and discolored to a white appearance. Curly fries had no flavor and only four of the fries were actually curly, the rest were just pieces.

Customer service was very cold and not welcoming. Seemed like the employees didn't want to be there.

This was the first time going there in about 3 years. The food and service was so much better before, unfortunately I won't be returning and can not recommend it.

Food is so good the kid at the counter is very helpfull and fun to talk to. Good people

I have ordered from this place for a long time. I just went to order in the restaurant and they pull a bait and switch now. They charge you more then the menu prices when you order togo. They use app called Slice and run it through that tablet instead of their regular register. prices are $2-3 more for items. My usual order is $22 total. They tried to charge me $31 today for same items. I won't be coming back because of this which is too bad because the food is good but terrible way to run a business. Pay attention to the price you pay because you probably paid more than the menu price. They just lost a good customer because of it.

Finally found a sweet, cheesy just the way I like it crust! Local, no more needing to travel! Great customer service!

First and last time I will be going here. Called in food for them to be rude; picked it up got home and the garlic bread has mold on it. Mozzarella sticks were soggy. The chicken broccoli was ok but have had better.

Super beef 3 way was soooo good!
One small improvement Get the beef nice and warm and it would be one of the best i have had. And I have eaten all over the north shore. 9/10. A little cold in the middle but edges were warm. Get it all warm you will be 9.8!

I love almost everything about this place, the owners are super nice and welcoming, the food is good, prices are decent. Their pizza tastes good but the only thing I can say is it is EXTREMELY greasy. I usually get just cheese pizza so I can’t speak on their pizza that has toppings but the pizza is so greasy that the cardboard is soaked in it, and it’s very messy. I go through a ton of paper towels trying to soak up grease from not only the pizza itself, but the box and my plate as well. If the grease wasn’t so excessive I would give 5 stars. I’ve gotten it a few times and it’s been that greasy every time.

The new england style roast beef sandwiches here are incredible. Piled high, great quality, with a grilled bun and the 3 way combo. Top Notch!

I did not know what to expect. I went in blind. Fantastic roast beef sandwich. Friendly service, extremely fast. Fair prices.
Derry has a wealth of places for great Roast Beef sandwiches. This is one of them!
