Apologies for not catch name on the young man who served on me, but he has purple hair on top. Very rude and does not listen to what customers request is. Example: I asked for chocolate covered ( which is chocolate frosted), he said boston cream, I said no and pointed to correct one. Please train the employees correctly and not to be rude and use respect. We have come to this Dunkin Donuts since they opened.Thank you, not happy service this trip.
Nice Nick is the best name tag for him. Super kind, patient, and friendly with older folks and remembers my uncle and I who came in approx 2 months ago and knew what we order.Thank you, Nick for helping my uncle order his food!
Usually this dunkins is my favorite they always get my coffee right and usually my order. I go every day and typically spend 17.00 each visit. That's 85 dollars a week. I was shocked as I wrote this and have to reconsider this now. Today my order was mostly correct however the 2 bacon egg & cheese wraps that I received was way overcooked and extremely hard. I am a caregiver and bring this to my client every morning and today it was awful. The hash browns were cold but...
