Delicious food and a great atmosphere. The Halligan tavern is a great Irish-styled pub and one of my favorite dine-in restaurants in Derry. Be aware going in that some of the food and drinks are a little on the expensive side, but with the quality and quantity of food I'd always say it's worth it.
The owners and staff are very friendly and service is awesome. Great selection of drinks and food is always delicious. I have rented their function hall 5 times and had nothing but positive experiences. Also, I have been a customer for years and will remain a customer for life. Please make sure to visit Halligans often in 2020. Happy New Year Halligan’s Team.
Was there with a friend. Great burger. When you can mix a Reuben and a juicy burger into one bun successfully and still have it be delicious, I call it a win! I don't drink anymore, but the bar was hopping and the service seemed attentive.
